“It was a decent sandwich, I got the Ruben and it was a little light on the meat. The dressing and sauerkraut was ok. My wife got a Panini and it was OK. If I am downtown and want a sandwich I might stop in, but I am not real sure how far out of my way I would go...“

“Wonderful time! The food was great. Some things just didn't hit as much as others. I have zero complaints besides one person in my party asked for no onions at all, but there were tons of onions with his meal. Other than that, everything was spot on. Our server, Robin, was amazing. He got to us quickly and checked on us throughout the meal. Very nice and helpful. He even helped me pick out my meal since I was stumped on what to get. Overall, great experience and I'd love to go again.“

“OMG, The best service ever!! The manager Ellen, was our hostess, party of seven. Even though we could tell she was short of staff, and it was a little warm due to the air conditioning not working, Ellen was extra polite, all smiles, and had amazing customer service. Her restaurant was clean and the food was delicious. Thank you Ellen and staff for making an uncomfortable situation out to be a rememberable and enjoyable experience. You rock!!! Someone please help this Beautiful young lady get her air conditioning fixed it's too hot in Texas ??? Blessings to you and your Staff Ellen.“

“I like the renovations. It was needed. The food and service were good. Our server was friendly and attentive. I found a coupon on the back of our HEB receipt and it worked out great. It took $10 off the bill which I used to tip our sever. It was a win win all around that day. The Gods looked down on me and said, though shall eat cheap today! And I did! We'll that's my review. I hope you enjoyed it.“

“My family and myself go to The 1838 Grill every Sunday. We love this place! As soon as you walk through the door, you have the most amazing customer service. We have become regulars to the point by the time we sit down, Mr. Lopez already has our drinks ready for us. Our meals have always been perfect and correct every single time. The owners and wait staff always without a doubt have a smile and will do anything to make your experience the best! We appreciate y’all so much! If you have not been to Seguins best restaurant, you’re seriously missing out! Thank you too The 1838 Grill!“
