“The interior of the coffee shop is lovely. There are a lot of different pottery items on display for sale that are hand made by one of the baristas! It's a very nice touch that adds some personality to this coffee shop. I tried an iced Honey Yuzu tea and it was great; very refreshing for a hot day. There was plenty of seating available when I went, and there are even bar style seats as well. Highly recommend trying some iced tea or the pistachio latte!“

“Well played out design, and so many different items to choose from. I've not tried anything from their kitchen menu but everything from the bakery has been amazing. The almond croissant has some weight to it! By far the best in town. Guava empanada was also great. Different dough than usually (more like a puff pastry than pie) but I was 't mad at it! Only mad I didn't grab more!“

“Super cute pie shop, I stumbled upon going to brunch. Customer service was great. The pies are a great personal size, or you can share, lol. We got the 4 pack with Pecan, Banana Creme, Peanut Butter, and Chewy Chocolate for $22. All were good, but the peanut butter one was the favorite.“

“Very nice place. Felt welcome walking in the door. They were ready to serve and answer any of our questions. The raspberry tart was so visually pleasing I had to try it. It had a brittle crust. Easy to bite through but firm enough to hold in your hand. The cream was smooth and the raspberries fresh. Tried the walnut baklava. It was very delightful, flaky and sweet but not too sweet. If you are looking for great tasting and visually stunning pastries and great service, check them out!!“

“Have never had an issue until yesterday. My second time at this location. No one greeted upon entering the store. Then I was given wrong cookie, and topping was melted. I quickly told them I didn't order raspberry one but the oatmeal skillet. Then it seemed like the oatmeal was rushed. There was hardly any drizzle or crumbs. Cookie and mousse were delicious. ? “Went in for my first time today, the staff was so friendly and welcoming. I got the Berlina Guava & Cream Cheese and the Novia. When handed to me the breads were still warm. Both were very good breads not too sweet and perfect with a glass of milk. I recommend getting the Berlina Guava & Cream Cheese was so so good and unique the cream cheese isn’t too sweet which is perfect and you can definitely taste the Guava in there, will be coming here again. :)))“

“The Keto pizza was wonderful. The crust was crisp and I have had the cauliflower crust at few other places, but the crust was nice and crisp!!! The wings were great and so was the Bloody Mary!!!We took home pumpkin pie cheesecake square that was keto friendly…. Operative word is WAS. “This was our second time placing a cake order with Blanca’s Cakes & Catering. We decided to go with Blanca’s Cakes for the second time because we had an excellent experience with the first cake. They went above and beyond with a custom printed label which included a functioning QR Code that pulled up a YouTube video of Stevie Wonder singing Happy Birthday and we were all amazed! This just showcased their attention to detail (with both cakes) we had no idea this is something they would include and it made the cake that much more special.The flavor was delicious, moist and they offer a wide variety of selections for flavors and fillings. The cake matched the example image we provided and it was ready on time; we had zero issues with ordering a custom cake. The customer service is great and we were actually able to meet Blanca the second time around and she is wonderful!I’d highly recommend this place for custom cakes. “This is a slightly late review. I had a conference to cater last month. It was on Monday when the kolache stop is closed. I called and spoke to the owner to see if they would be ok to buy on Sunday, but serve the next day. After a few minutes, he told me he would coordinate so I could get them fresh Monday morning. He was too proud of his product to let them be served next day. And boy does he have a reason to be proud! Absolutely amazing. I had at least 10 people find me to ask here the kolache were from. “So the attorney I work for his birthday is January 6, and I forgot to order his cake early in the week, so I placed the order Thursday afternoon and Devon promised that he would have it ready Friday, and I was so appreciative that he was able to accommodate me with my order. I do think they may need help eventually in the front because it got a bit busy for one person to get orders out and take them. Prices were reasonable! The corn meal/ harina de maíz was wonderful!!!! “Visiting MissChickpea’s Cafetal in San Antonio for the first time was an eye-opening experience for me. As someone who had never tried vegan food before, I was skeptical about how satisfying it could be. However, this visit completely changed my perspective, and I was genuinely mind-blown by how delicious everything was.I started with the ham and cheese croissant, which featured grilled vegan ham, lettuce, and a black pepper veganaise. The flavor and texture of the vegan ham were so convincing that I had to remind myself it wasn’t real ham. In fact, I’d go as far as to say it tasted better than real ham, which is something I never thought I’d say.Next up was the El Cubano, a masterpiece made with People’s vegan ham and shredded eggplant “Barbacoa.” The smokiness and richness of the dish had me questioning how it was possible to achieve such authentic meaty flavors without any meat. “My favorite place for comfort food. Tomato basil soup is a must have every week. I often stop in to pick up two. I’ve tried almost everything on their menu and am never disappointed whether it’s salads, soups, sandwiches, and desserts. The grownup grilled cheese and tomato soup is a perfect combo. “I love Crumbl cookie. I went there this week to try the Keylime pie and the oatmeal cookie specifically to my surprise. They also had the carrot cake from last week. I was interested in trying, but couldn’t I ended up getting the four pack and got the raspberry jam one as well, the oatmeal cookie one, the cookie itself, is divine. I am not a fan of the whipped cream on top. It kind of falls short I was hoping it would taste more like an oatmeal cream pie and with all of the cookies I feel like they’re two moist they’re just falling apart. I can’t pick it up and eat it so that was kind of annoying, the Keylime pie was amazing by far my favorite. The carrot cake was exactly what it was a carrot cake. It wasn’t anything to write home about. It didn’t taste like a cookie and in my opinion just fell short the raspberry one is really good if you get the raspberry jam with it if you just get the cookie, it’s a bland cookie, I had super high hopes, but I have to say overall a little disappointed there’s not one of them that I was like I have to eat this whole cookie right now where is normally I find at least one that I’m over the moon about.“

“Mackie’s Cakes knocked it out of the park, took a challenge to put a vintage fountain under the cake. Mine was oversized. They gotthe measurements, built and painted a stand and had it ready just in time for our special day! Cake was amazing as the first time we Tried it. So fresh and light. Flowers matched the theme exactly! Our guests ate every last bite! So happy and recommend them 1000%“

“Walked into Delice looking for a sweet treat after a very late lunch. Nacho recommended the s’more and I’m so glad he did. I got to tell you it was the best s’more I’ve ever had in my life, but the best pastry treat I have ever experienced! The cookie that acted as the graham cracker was so perfectly textured not too hard not to soft, the marshmallow was perfect not too sweet and the chocolate was the perfect melt in your mouth the right kind of smooth texture chocolate that was the perfect amount of sweet for the entire s’more.
