“Experience was average. The workers were nice. We got the spicy bundle and they didn't give us our sauces. We didn't notice until we got home. Too late then. Asked for 5 Spicy and 3 mild and we got the opposite. Maybe a language barrier. We hadn't realized Church's prices had skyrocketed like they did. Twenty five dollars for 8 pieces of chicken, a "classic" side with 4
biscuits. Oh, and now you have to pay extra for basic sides such as okra, mac n cheese and others. SMH!“

For 48$ the strips were huge and super freshly made.
The seasoning was great.
Flavor great, and the value was definitely good.

We had very fast service even though the place was packed. The staff is always friendly. This was our second visit of the week. I waited while they played. It was such a nice atmosphere that we stayed for 3 hours! Playing, having ice cream, making new friends and making new memories. Thanks to the staff for being so welcoming and accommodating of such a large crowd in addition to your regular business. With all that the store was very clean!!! “Both Managers are really cool and professional, especially the lady with the glasses and comforting smile. But..... it's a couple of lady's in this establishment that give off really bad vibes and alot of attitude. My Wife went in a couple weeks ago and asked for fresh chicken. The woman served a Hispanic man before her, was really nice to him, gave him all fresh chicken, then served my wide all the old chicken and was apiece short of 10. When she asked for honey she gave her 1 with a big attitude. She finally had enough and spoke too the manager. He apologized and made it right for her. This is common her because I've been put in the position where I had to become almost aggressive in order to get my order correct and what we should receive as a paying customer. We are from Belize and we just look at these Latinas and laugh, it funny how they act to darker people.“

“Got the spicy chicken sandwich, and it was wonderful. The spice was just right, not burning, just flavorful. The fries were crisp and flavorful, not sure what batter they use, but it is just what you need!. ? The only problem was the service. I got my order to go, I dont usually check before I leave, but i did this time. The combo comes with 1 side and a biscuit. I was missing the biscuit..went back to the register and had to argue with the cashier that the combo comes with a biscuit... it is written on the menu aboveher head. She was going to get a manager till it clicked they were just behind her on a tray. Went to fill my drink while I waited for them to fix the order. The drink machine was still off. Just a lot of details were missed. They can do better, need a little better training“

“The Chick-fil-A at Alden Bridge is absolutely top-notch! Their drive-thru is incredibly fast and efficient – I barely have time to pull out my phone before my order is ready. There's almost no waiting, even during peak hours, which is amazing. The food is consistently fresh, hot, and delicious every time I visit. Parking: This spot is near the Alden Bridge shopping center, so if you don't mind walking across the street, there is plenty of parking.“

“Food and staff are always amazing. Their AC is currently out but that's not their fault. They were trying to keep it cool with fans, and it actually wasn't that bad. Spent an hr in there catching up with family and barely broke a sweat“

“Popeyes does spicy chicken and chicken wings right. I will say I miss the old style homemade biscuits they have. If you haven’t tried their Cajun turkeys I highly recommend them. I’ve used Popeyes Cajun turkeys for at least ten thanksgivings now and it is always a hit.
The team here are friendly and helpful and restaurant is kept clean. Maybe it’s a corporate directive but you have to ask for napkins and ketchup.“

“Great service at this location . I was at an other Popeyes closer to my home thinking more or less how much I was going to spend . I had a coupon 2pc 1 side order $4.99 I wanted to use it twice plus add 1 lg side order this would have been a total $15.50 . I was told I could only use the coupon once. I have been in this type of business for many years and you want your customers back I did not order I said OK thank you and left. Drove all the way to this location where I did purchase . I explain to the mgr. In charge , she explain to me why they did not allow to use the coupon twice she said let me see what we can do . I handed her my phone she then came up with a coupon 5 pc with 2 sides $7.99 with biscuits. I said great let’s do it. Then I added that lg side order my total about $12.00 I came out $3.00 ahead one extra pc of chicken . Just some extra help from the employee helping me I really appreciated it on top of all this the chicken was hot and fresh. I will be back at this location.“

She was super friendly, very outgoing, smiled just overall displayed one in a million customer service with my encounter with her in the drive thru 9/18/24 1pm, You are awesome! “These guys are rocking the pandemic. It's fast food chicken, sure. But, it's pretty good, it's close to my home, and I can get tea by the gallon delivered...which is really saving me right now. If only they'd get more popcorn shrimp in.“
