“I love the food at this restaurant. I used to come a lot because I love the menudo and their breakfasts, but I moved and couldn't come anymore. Today I was able to stop by and have my usual menudo, and it's amazing how delicious it still is. They have the best menudo here, and although I've noticed the prices have gone up, it's really worth it. I love the atmosphere and the friendly, welcoming service. My server, Patty, was very attentive and kind. I hope to come back soon. Highly recommended.“

“I was told this is a Houston staple and no lies were told! I’m an old soul and this is a community joint! First, the oldies playing smoothly in the background just put me right at ease. “I was craving fish and chips and this spot hits it! The tartar sauce fantastically compliments the fish. I will be coming back for my future fish and chips craving. Thank you to Taylor our server for your help. We got half dozen sticky green Thai wings and they were incredible. The steak and frites in medium was good and the classic burger was tasty. Overall, we would get these items again. I fell in love with St. Arnold’s citrus shandy so I had to come try it at the brewery! There is a designated parking lot and the restrooms were very clean.“

“Can’t go wrong visiting Moontower Inn. Their craft beer menu turns over quickly, and they always a great selection ranging from solids to rares. Food is great if limited. You can get gamey dogs here and they do a mean smash burger, and there’s not too much else though a couple sides really stand out. It’s also the atmospehere here…it’s open and airy. Its crowd is a mix of regulars, professionals and artsy types.

Parking. No dedicated lot, but ample side street parking.

If you’re looking for a place in east downtown to grab a casual bite or spend an hour or two trying out some good to great beers, you can’t beat this place“

It's so dumb like I get the safety aslect, but having a hardcore show with a barrier is one off the worst things you can do as a venue.“

“Everything was delicious. The classic diner food that just hits that spot. There’s a line but they get it moving quickly. Waited less than ten minutes and we were seated and had our food in the next ten. Wonderful atmosphere. Lots of chatter and kitchen sounds. Just the perfect spot. The owner I’m assuming (introduced himself as Telwink) comped our meal and it just made our day. Highly recommend!“

“We had an awesome stay at Equal Parts Brewing! The location is super convenient. The beer is really good (highly recommend trying the beef jerky!) and the whole place has a strong community vibe. Everyone we met was friendly and welcoming, and we felt immediately comfortable hanging out here.

“Absolutely delicious! Husband got the Merguez Moroccan Sausage Crepe, I got a Roasted Chicken wheat Panini, and we had to nibble off of each other's plates. For dessert, we shared the Bananas Foster crepe, and couldn't stop smiling. We had to buy more desserts to go (Blondie Bar & Bread Pudding). The staff were also welcoming and super friendly.
