The food was so good, I went back and got takeout too. Can’t say enough about the delicious, clean food! We had fish tacos, smoked chicken salad and a small Brussels sprouts salad. Picky eater daughter had the kids chicken tacos and raved! Yum!“

One team member in general was cussing the whole time we dined in bashing the place tell another customer he liked working here because it was never busy and he could do what he wanted. That was all after I asked for my sauce on side as to not make my biscuit soggy (which I know happens from experience) he said it won’t get soggy but whatever.“

I miss the larger menu from when they first opened but I get that was kind of huge and maybe needed to focus. (But please at least bring back the waffle stick dessert stuff). Even though fajitas aren’t on their regular menu anymore, they put together a full spread—sizzling meats and veggies, beans, fresh toppings—and it was all delicious. Donnie and his team was so easy to work with—professional, on time, and they made everything stress-free. Pricing was very fair for the incredible farm-to-table quality we received. “I stopped at Jacob’s Spring Grille inside the Hyatt Regency DFW while passing through, and I’m so glad I did. I wasn’t expecting much from a quick airport hotel restaurant visit, but this spot exceeded every expectation.

The staff were incredibly attentive and worked together seamlessly .. it felt like they genuinely cared about every guest’s experience. I went with the chopped brisket sandwich, and to my surprise, it was really good. Juicy, flavorful, and served just right. Every bite was perfect.

For a quick stop, this place left a lasting impression. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in the area.“
