I thought it was strictly a drive through restaurant until I saw someone recommend it as having great, freshly made salsa and good authentic Mexican food. Decided to stop and try it one day on our way into town and it did not dissapoint. The salsa was fresh and excellent, as were the chips and the food was authentic and very good. Our waitress was friendly and attentive and the atmosphere is quiet and quaint. Will definitely be back. This place is a hidden gem.“

“11/2025 Picked up a to-go order from Chipotle and everything was spot on. We ordered a Sofritas bowl, three crunchy tacos with Sofritas, a chicken and white rice bowl, plus two bags of chips with guac and green salsa on the side. The order was ready on time, packed neatly, and the food was fresh and flavorful. Perfect grab-and-go meal and exactly what we were craving. Great experience!

We’ve stopped by the Chipotle in Bulverde several times to either dine in or pick up food to take home. This time we ordered inside to take home. The staff here are always friendly, welcoming, and quick to get our order together. We usually get sofritas burrito bowls, my husband adds three crispy tacos so he can make his tacos at home, and our daughter gets her burrito bowl with chicken. The chips weren’t quite as fresh as they usually are (but still good and didn’t stop us from enjoying them), while the entrees and sides were, as always, fresh, flavorful, and delicious. The noise level was normal to moderate — at times a bit loud, but never bothersome. This location is consistently a great spot for a quick, tasty meal.“
