However the Chicken Sandwich needs works 2/5 stars, but it's hard to beat Chick-fil-a, so I guess it's okay. The place is also not as clean as I'd like but it's probably because of how busy it is. “This is the closest BK around me. It's not always that good. It's hit and miss on the food. It's mainly the freshness of it that's the problem. The service is typically average here. The employees are never that friendly, but they're not rude either. It's almost like they just don't enjoy helping customers at times. It's always clean inside here though.

My other quirks about this location or that if you want iced tea instead of soda, you have to get them to give it to you from behind the counter. You have to ask for ketchup too.

If somehow they could just make the food fresh all the time then it would be worth coming here.

“This was my first visit to Jax. I ordered the 1/2 lb. BBQ Burger with Sweet Potato fries and iced tea. The burger was big on a soft bun, with onion rings, barbecue sauce, mustard, lettuce, and tomato. The fries were fresh, hot, and delicious. They have sweet and unsweet tea, but it comes from the machine and is not fresh brewed. The sweet tea was not sweet at all. The service was fast and friendly. The prices are comparable to other burger joints. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Next visit I'm going to try the shakes.“

“Before it would allow me to leave this review it asked if I would recommend Freddys… I answered with YES because I have always loved Freddys, but…… today was just way too much from this location. Sooooo after waiting 42 minutes stuck in the drive through I was handed my order in a full and heavy paper bag. I sat it in the seat next to me and started to drive off. I decided to pull into the adjacent parking lot and double check my order only to find there were no fries or onion rings, but about 3 pounds of napkins and sauces # on top of my burger. 😑 I had to go back into the store and it took another 15 minutes for me to get one order of fries and one order of onion rings to fulfill the order I had put in 49 minutes ago at this point. (There were minimal customers inside) While I was standing there for the 15 minutes, it took, I overheard conversations between a manager and the cooks. The cooks were speaking Spanish and not happy, and the manager was saying, “I don’t understand what you are saying” I think there is a communication breakdown that may need to be addressed . There was also a complaint by management that they wish they had another fryer, and that my wait was due to one of the grills not being heated up yet.“

I haven't eaten out in a while from a fast food restaurant, but I will say this was probably the best experience I have ever had with a burger king since I can remember. My wife, me and two boys went to the drive thru, by chance not planned around 12pm, and every single item was perfect. The whopper was great my wife said, the tx whopper was amazing and the original Chicken sandwich sub which is always dry in my experience but I still get it when I don't know what to order.
