“It's such a friendly and inviting place!! The workers always great me with a smile and get my order right every single time without fail! I come here almost 5 times every week and their attitude stays the same with new customers as well!

“Order ahead, this place is busy! But they get it right every time so don’t worry. It’s very convenient to be able to order it in the ask, plus you get rewards which ends up with you getting free food. It’s situated right on the corner of the I45 feeder and Rayford road. It’s a little tough getting out of here during rush hour if you need to make a u turn to go south bound but the restaurant is very clean and I definitely recommend it for a quick bite!“

“I started going to this location because when I go to the one off 242, they don't even know their own menu. They tell me they don't have what I've asked for or it's discontinued, despite it still being on the menu and orderable online.“

“First fast foods restaurant I've been in a while that has super clean dinning area and clean, clean restrooms. It smells clean as you walk in and it is clean.
The food, was great, made to order, fresh and tasty.

“It's not jntb fault, if it's difficult to find good people. In general, no one wants to work but the people I have encountered at jitb are wonderful and good people are hard to find. i am hoping good people are treated godly because it's so difficult making minimal wage to support families.“

“Every time I’ve come here since I’ve moved on this side of town I have been helped late, late night by Ms. (And I hope I spell this right) Juana. From the speaker to window she is extremely polite, helpful, knowledgeable, and all around pleasant. I’m a late night bartender so when I come by around 4-5am and ask for a burger or chicken tender or whatever it may be - there is no drain or announce in her voice (which might rightfully owed and I’m so sorry I do not like breakfast food ?).She is an amazing team member and I hope y’all all get to experience her work ethic. “I never have a bad experience at jack in the box, I always get everything I asked for and it’s nice a hot. The guy working the drive thru last night was so nice and went the extra mile to give me what I wanted bc I wanted loaded fries but with the cheese & toppings on the side. Food was yummy.“
