“Came to this location tonight and I guess I had miscommunication with one of the employees here about my order which is completely okay I think I may have worded my order wrong things happen, so no worries but overall I believe a woman by the name Ashley had help me fix my order and definitely did it with a positive attitude and a great smile to go with it overall what really impressed me was how my five-year-old son was in the backseat and said “I like her she’s nice” it’s very rare that my son leaves a compliment so that really shows how respectful and how she handled her job with such respect, so thank you Ashley for helping fix my order and providing superior customer service to this location you are a true asset to this location and company I feel.“
“Visited Monday (5/6) evening and got a medium blast, disappointed as more than half was all ice cream. So I tried again today (5/8) and got a small blast, unfortunately the exact same experience. Not enough ingredients and more than half was only the ice cream. Not sure if I’ll try again or find somewhere else to satisfy my late night sweet tooth. ?“
“I get drinks here pretty consistently and the service and people are always great but there is so much ice in the drinks!! i started ordering them with light ice but still kept getting lots. today i drank my large easy ice soda within the car ride home bc the cup was filled up to an inch from the top with ice“
“I’ve gone through the drive thru and to one of the stalls and both times I have received phenomenal customer service from Paris. She gave Chickfila service at Sonic so I wanted to say thanks and hopefully she gets the recognition she deserves!“
“It's so perfect. I was really slow ordering and this young lady came out and gave, what I felt, special treatment to help my children and me order. She new the menu by heart. I was so impressed. I rarely eat out. My son had a double cheese burger and a footlong chili dog. My daughter ordered a footlong hotdog, and I had the garlic butter burger with a cherry limeade. It was so delicious. My daughter had the nerd candy sprinkles with a strawberry slush. Strawberry chunks gave it a special touch.“
