“This is NOT a stand alone! This is drive thru and window service only!!! You will not be able to go inside and sit down in a lobby to eat. There is seating available outside on patio furniture but in the middle of a constantly busy drive thru so it’s not recommended to eat on the table outside. You will have to park in the outer parking. The food was good. They gave the wrong size fry but it was way more trouble to rectify than to just accept it because it is very chaotic if you are not in your car and using the drive thru. My review does not reflect the drive thru and the service there. I was looking for a stand alone and walked up to the location and quickly realized it was not what I thought it was. Outside of this aspect, still holds service and quality as high as a stand alone would.“

Dietary restrictions: More Dietary items would be helpful. Maybe a baked chicken would be helpful. Even a whole baked chicken. Check out Sam's Club baked chicken. Remember KFC Rotisserie Chicken was the boom ?.“

“The manager is a kind, beautiful and courteous lady, probably the best I've seen in a while. Very sincere and helpful. She put on her gloves to mix some flour and chicken and as soon as she saw me at the counter she removed her gloves and prioritized my request. We should exemplify her service across all of the USA.“

“Two days in a row. The cauliflower bites were delicious until the third day. I asked for hot, and someone put reaper, I got home, and starting eating, and had to drink milk and a ton of water, to try to stop my chest from hurting. That was not cool at all“

“Service was welcoming and warm. Food didn’t take long. Came out fresh and hot. I got #1 which is one medium and one hot tender. Hot was pretty spicy if you like drinking lots of water and too much pickle taste. Medium was perfect, not too hot, similar to wingstop mild. Would recommend if you like hot chicken“

This was the Appleton Wisconsin location near the Fox River Mall. Customer service was wonderful though“
