“I had to write a review based on the behind the scenes customer service I saw two nights ago. There was someone oblivious in the mobile order line who took long enough to order that management inside the restaurant recognized them and started looking out the door. I was pissed originally as this person who needs to learn social awareness held everyone up 5-10 minutes, but as I left I was really taken back by the dedication of the management team who showed pride in keeping standards high which people don’t see or recognize as it wasn’t a direct customer service. I was really surprised that they came out and confronted the driver when the driver drove around in effort to educate them what mobile order line means. They definitely earned a lifelong customer and I hope they see this because it was noticed and very much appreciated!”

“It's been a Long time since I visited Subway, I almost forgot how good is to make your own sandwich and the fact that a grilled sandwich takes a second blows my mind, but on top of sandwiches, the service evokes humanity, it always Amazes me to see young kids applying humanity at work, because for sure we don't get paid for that, so seeing someone go above and beyond moves me.

“I expect nothing but excellence out of Whataburger, I have nothing but disappointment on the 4 visits I have made here. Food doesn't come out hot, not made to order and I have waited up to 20 minutes and drive through.”

“Came by to study and get a drink. Staff were very friendly and work very hard with how much orders/work load they have to deal with. My cookie crumble Frap was amazing and came out very quickly. Hoping corporate helps this location because I feel that they are doing the best with what they are dealt with especially with how crazy these orders I have seen while studying.
