“Very clean restaurant. Food was fresh and hot. Food at this location was actually hot enough to melt the cheese. Seating area was very clean. Help was very polite and spoke well English. Understood English as well (rare thing in texas)..... Food was correct order. Parking and access to restaurant was very easy. On and off highway very convenient. I would recommend this whataburger for a meal.“

“I got a double meat burger. It was delicious. The bun was fresh and did not get soggy, that's important to me. The burger had mustard, lettuce, chopped onion, tomato and dill pickles.
The owner was very friendly and funny.
I highly recommend calling in your order because it's a really popular place and the wait is long, especially when you're hungry. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars overall is because I had to wait 1 hour for my burger. Listen carefully because they call your name when your order is ready.
Oh, one more thing, you can't eat your burger on the premises so be prepared for that.

“This is our go to burger spot in Rockwall.

Typically get the Cowboy burger and the wife gets the charlies burger.

We get fries and onion rings to share, the rings are tasty and crisp.

We always get the fried pickles and jalapeños, our favorite appetizer.

We mostly order take out but the Resturant has a cool vibe and we like to dine in when we have time.

“I wanted to tell you about one of your managers at the Live Oak, Texas location. Ms. Arnesia (or Amesia if I spelled it wrong). My family and I live about 20 miles from this location. You don't have many locations where I live, but the food quality to me is worth the drive. However, this time we ordered out of convivence. We ordered food via a food delivery app (DoorDash) and was devastated when we received EMPTY bags at our front door. Over a $100 food order and it was gone. I drove to this location with the bags in hand, and when I asked to speak to the Manger, I met Ms. Arnesia. She explained how I was the 3rd customer that had happened too that day and she had already reported the driver. She helped me to do the same. She was working deliveries and ensured us the orders were included and sealed. She was so sorry it had happened to me and my family. She asked us to not eat any of the remaining items for our safety. She reprocessed the entire order including the drinks and shakes. I'm sure being the third person with that issue that day during her shift, should have allowed for her to at the very least have some aggravation. She never spoke, displayed, or seem to have any negative reaction at all in correcting this situation. When I arrived, I was furious, and I left feeling so care for and appreciated and safe. After meeting Ms. Arnesia, I won't be going anywhere else for my American Burger meals if she is there. She has added to your quality and delicious food with her exceptional customer service. I can't thank her enough for saving our weekend and keeping us in good spirits after all that had happened. People make time to file complaints so easily but fail to praise the people who stand out and go above and beyond. I made time for Ms. Arnesia today. “If I could rate it any higher I would! We stumbled across this place originally when in Garland for business. Ever since we find excuses every couple months to make the drive from Fort Worth to Garland just for this place alone.

Everything on the menu is delicious and made to order with fresh ingredients. We’ve yet to be disappointed with anything here. The couple that own the place are always so sweet, polite, and friendly. The establishment is quaint but clean and welcoming.

I love a good burger and try to find local burger joints everywhere I ago and this place is our favorite. We just keep coming back regardless of the drive. It’s definitely a hidden gem and worth trying if you’re in Garland or nearby!“

“We enjoyed the atmosphere. The inside is quite cute. We wondered if this was the same Country Burger that used to be at the same intersection but it was on the southwest section about midway down. We were sad to find out that it wasn’t the same. BUT the cheese burger was very good. The fries were a disappointment in flavor and amount given, which is why I gave it a 4. We didn’t try anything else, however a definite 4 for the burger.“

“I like coming here with my nephew, the picky eater. They have descent shakes. The drive thru helps if you are not trying to go inside and order. They are pretty quick. I don't think they've ever messed up my order either (knock on wood). I can get my nephew a hot dog, a corn dog or a burger. It's nice to have that option. The buns are covered in poppy seeds, which might cause a false positive on a test. That last tid bit is just from personal experience. P.S
Don't forget to order your tator tots with chilli and cheese.“
