“The layout is a little confusing to navigate. Seemingly this is due to an attempt to control access during busy times or at night. It's a lot like Katy Trail Ice House. Will likely return, I just wish it flowed a little better. Staff was friendly, though definitely pushing the drink upsell.“

The views here are incredible, but what really set the experience apart was the amazing service. The baristas were so sweet, welcoming, and genuinely fun to talk to. “Great view from the patio of the lake. The beers were cold. The Bourbon Glaze Salmon was great. I liked the mash potatoes as a side. The seasonal vegetables were good but too many carrots. Next time I would try a different side. My wife got the burger. The bun was fresh and flavorful but the burger was a bit dry. She did like the ranch dressing that came with the side salad.“

She was extremely sweet and patient to me and my family, Who had a lot of questions about the menu. we even Cracked jokes together and laughed… My grandson spilled his water as soon as she brought it to him, and Lilly had jumped to get us a Rag and a new water! She didn’t rush us with the check, and Told us to take our time… We will be asking for her our next visit.

Summer expertly crafts outstanding coffee beverages. The atmosphere is remarkably welcoming. I also appreciate the family-friendly options available for children. The selection is both diverse and suitable for families. My three-year-old consistently requests the smoothie. Thank you Tim and Summer! Love the drinks for the season too.“

“First time at the Colony location on Saturday. (I’m from the Houston area and was traveling) I have my favorite local store that sets the bar which makes me sketched out to try random locations. Chloe took my order and guessed that I wanted my lil bit of soft top before I even asked. She was happy, energetic, complimented my shirt, and gave all the directive I see lacking some times at other locations I go to. 10/10 on Chloe and her fellow crew (bc I get scared the chipper attitude doesn’t mean my custom coffee will be on point) My order was EXACTLY as I would’ve received at home. Wish that team worked at some of the other Houston location.“

Terrible service and if you don't like it the entitled 20 years olds will chastise you with "fairness" (her words) and attempt to speak down to you LOUDLY once you push back on the nonsense. Then super Karen will break out her phone to start videoing you and put it in yours or anyone at your tables face, follow you around and out to the parking lot until you have to call the police so you can walk to your car in peace!
