“I got a coupon in the mail for buy one get one free any size sub. I ordered two and asked a special favor. I was taking those subs over to Park Manor in the Woodlands which is a skilled nursing facility. My special request was that they get cut small enough for people that only have the use of one arm, so they could pick it up easily. Well, I just got home and I had to get on the site to say a special thanks to the workers there. The subs were cut perfectly. The residents absolutely loved them!“

“I just went through the drive through on 4/21 at about 11:30am there was a GM who helped with my order and he was so kind and thanked me for my service. He earned this 5 starts without a doubt. I called to get his name and the lady says his name was Mike Morton. So Mr Morton I really appreciate your hospitality you really didn’t have to do what you did thank you sir. “Decided to try something new today so I stopped into this Firehouse Subs. They had a new sandwich on the window, called the French Dip. The cashier told me it was really good so I took him up on the offer and tried it.

It was a delicious sandwich. I'm a roast beef in French dip fan so it was right up my alley.

The only problem is it's a limited time only menu item. I hope they put it on the menu permanently. I would come eat it all the time.“

“The Chick-fil-A at Alden Bridge is absolutely top-notch! Their drive-thru is incredibly fast and efficient – I barely have time to pull out my phone before my order is ready. There's almost no waiting, even during peak hours, which is amazing. The food is consistently fresh, hot, and delicious every time I visit. On top of that, the customer service is stellar – always friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. This location truly sets the standard for fast food excellence. Highly recommend!

Parking: This spot is near the Alden Bridge shopping center, so if you don't mind walking across the street, there is plenty of parking.“

“The new General Manager is really great. He has definitely transformed the restaurant in a couple months. He has enforced his role. We used to walk in and it was very dirty now it smells good and looks awesome. Keep it up.

“I don't live here in the Woodlands area, but I was having a bit of an adventure so I passed by to try out the wings and wow!! They were to freaking good like my goodness. I got a 30 piece of boneless wings with flavors including Hot Honey, Korean BBQ, and Buffalo with a side of Louisiana Cajun Fries. Everything tasted great, so I'm very happy because I literally didn't eat a full all day today. Shoutout to this location; My family and I really enjoyed it!!“

“I'm giving 4 stars because the first 3 to 4 visits were great! My most recent visit was a little different. I used the drive thru after pulling up no one answered. I said hello, Still no answer. I began to wonder if they were open. I looked up their hours which said they were. I drove around and could see people inside. So, I pulled back through the drive thru still no answer. Once again I said HELLO! This time someone responded. I placed my order for 2 blizzards. They tasted ok. But, we're not completely blended. I could understand if they were really busy. But, we were the only ones there. Other then that this location has been 5 stars in the past.“

“There was a power outage after the storm in my area, every restaurant was busy. Jack in the Box was busy, but they kept the line moving. It's been awhile since I've had Jack in the Box, and I was starving lol. Friendly and polite service, I received my order quickly. It was worth it to stop by.“

“This location is my favorite go to. Yea, papa johns is a bit expensive but it is worth it. Better than the little Caesars down the street. This pizzeria is always courteous and the delivery guys are amazing. I ordered recently and it's delicious 🤤🤤🤤. Thank you for all your hard work. Upper management should give these guys raises for the amazing service and making delicious pizzas.“
