“Tonight I had nachos Nelly way and I They were some of the best nachos that I’ve had in years Nice and crisp Were nice and crispy. The beans were delicious right amount of cheese and right amount of Asada. It was a nice dinner for a Friday night. If y’all want to eat good food, go see Nelly at tacos Dan Lupe Miguel is an awesome guy in the back that is always there to help, and so is the new cashier that they have great place. “We had dinner there 5:30 pm on 3/23/2024 and it was excellent! The food was really good, served hot and tasty. The waiter was very friendly and courteous and he was extremely accomodating to another couple with us that were vegetarians. He had the kitchen make up some spinach and mushroom enchiladas. Very clean restrooms and the atmosphere in the restaurant was pleasant. We will certainly visit again when we are in Van Alstyne!“

“Van Alstyne is filled with Pizza and Tex Mex on every corner. The only problem with that is they are all fantastic and it can be months before places like El Patio have their turn in the rotation. If you live in VA or looking for a quick stop off 75 this place is well worth the stop.“

I usually go to the one in Denison, Texas. Waitress was attentive, and pleasant. Parking is tricky. But definitely worth the experience. “Good food. Sad to say that I was informed tonight that they were no longer going to have ketchup in a bottle. They were changing to little packets. It's ok for a fast food place but not for a restaurant. Have enjoyed eating there but I won't anymore. Update: Ketchup has returned ?“
