“Truly sad when you store manager isn't there and Everytime our order is wrong! Hubby was up early and and got 2 sausage taquitos nothing on them, and he asked for packets of picante sauce. He brought them home and they will full of jalapenos at least 15 giant pickled jalapenos and picante already added to the taquitos! Taquitos were soggy and disgusting. we never asked for any of this. It's not hard to take, make, and fill an order accurately. whataburger has a reputation of being accurate. Tomball y'all are failing.“

“The Whataburger on Rittiman Rd in San Antonio has the most precious precious treasure. They have an older man working there (I see him during lunch hours) that is the sweetest, most adorable gem. It's hard for elderly folks to find employment, so for this reason alone, I'm giving Whataburger 5 stars. DO NOT lose that sweet sweet guy.“

“First off I went thru drive thru and placed my order. Drove up to the pick up window and was greeted with a huge smile from Mr Damarion. This young man needs to be emulated by others for the following reasons. Damarion was so happy, respectful and just full of Life. He made sure my order was as requested We spoke about the Houston Texans game and shared the highlights with one another. It was a True joy and pleasure meeting Damarion. This extra mile he went is what makes or breaks businesses. Damarion needs to be recognized and even made a Lead who will mentor, coach and train others. I rarely stop here but was in a hurry and wanted something quick. I am so thankful I did stop because I made a new Friend. “Okay I'm not usually a fan of McDonald's. I just have to go on and on and on about how sweet the staff is here. There is a lady at the first window with blue eyeliner. I don't know her name. She is absolutely a doll. The food is very consistent with how it should taste. Definitely would recommend if you need a quick bite.“
