“This is the newer Greensburg, Pa location. I always like to start with the good. I paid $70 & parts we were very unhappy with. And I've been SO EXCITED TO GO HERE! The flavor of everything was great. Everything had great flavor. The sauces were good, the ranch, the seasonings... Starting off with the best thing. The cajun fried corn. I could buy that & literally just eat that. In my car, shamelessly. We got 10 & I ate 7 of them. The voodoo fries were good. They didn't have enough stuff for all of them, luckily I had gotten extra ranch & cheese so I put that on & sprinkled some Tonys on top. Some jalapenos would be a nice addition. I really hate that you can't eat there. I didn't know this until we got there. The chicken strips were so good... & while we were waiting for our food I told my husband. "I had to get some honey mustard bc you know how I feel about strips & honey mustard! I'm so excited!" Got home bc you can't eat there... & guess what I didn't have that I paid for? Honey mustard. So, I had to get some ChickFilA sauce out of my pantry. This did NOT make me happy, & it certainly was not the same. Here's the most depressing part of our experience (I'm still really miffed about the honey mustard bc I'm a condiment girl & if you're a condiment person you know that makes or breaks your meal for you if you don't have it)... The wings were pretty terrible. I'm not sure that the first thing that if someone says "Wingstop" that I should think is, "their corn is great". We got 40 wings. 20 of them came in a big metal container. They were the Korean Q... flavor good, wings bad. The wings were SO COLD & CHEWY. I live 5 min away. They didn't get cold that fast. Also, we got 10 of the Mango Habanero. Flavor was good, wings were hot. They were just so chewy! Like rubber. I spit so much of them out. They were hot, which means that the Korean ones were cold bc the other ones were still hot. I'm just not sure how to feel. I did have a big order, & plenty of people got their orders before me that ordered after me... that's fine, but my food should be hot. And it certainly shouldn't be unchewable. My favorite part is usually the skin, I love ripping off a crispy skin. These were literally rubber slathered in delicious sauce. Our Korean Q was spicier than the Habanero, too, just bc there was barely any sauce on the Habanero.“

“This food tastes AMAZING! We tried the dill pickle and elote pizzas! It's the best pizza we have ever tasted. For dessert, we had the Limon Cheesecake, which was fantastic! The owner's and staff were great, greeting everyone. Wonderful place!“

“Some of the best wings that Ive ever had. Our waitress, Mariah, was super friendly and helpful due to it being our first time there. We were able to try some of the sauces first to test the heat level. We had hot, blazing, bbq, hot honey (tasted more like Hawaiian to me), and spicy dill (with hot as a base). We had the honey and blazing bbq finished on the grill (carmelizing them).“

“I do recommend JJ's the food is tasty but....I walked in on a friday after work around 3:30..I always sit at the bar I was shocked to see the whole bar area was dirty and the floor was sticky! I'm a regular at this location on Tarrant Parkway and have always enjoyed the food and the margaritas....I almost turned around and walked out so disappointed! oh, one other thing, when I order food I always have to ask for silverware! I myself have worked in the food industry years ago, I do know the dirty dishes should be picked up when customers are done eating, this helps to keep the area clean even if you are busy which in this case the bar wouldn't be full of dirty dishes and I'm not exaggerating...it was the whole bar area!“

“My husband and I had the island bourbon chicken on a stick and island veggie fried rice from their booth at Arts For All this evening. We were extremely satisfied with both dishes! The chicken was perfectly cooked and the rice had good flavor. Definitely recommend this business.“

“Our first time in. I believe the owner served us. Was a pleasant experience. Clean atmosphere, friendly customer service. Carbonated fountain drink was crisp/fresh. Ordered the chicken & waffles. Good size portion and the chicken isn’t overly breaded. Owner walked around & checked on us- offered us a sample of the next heat level up to see if we liked it for next visit. We signed up for the rewards app & the staff applied our points from receipt for us since we waited to sign up after paying. Can’t wait to try again for other flavor & menu options. Definitely will be going back. Thank you for your kind service & clean restaurant.“

“Justice the manager was super awesome great customer service, my daughter and I stopped in before her doctor appointment and the staff has been great, if your needing a smooth lunch or dinner on the move this place is the place to be, would definitely come back if in the area. Id also like to add the place is very clean and organized. They know my order when I call, and they’re always generous about offering a coupon. Today, when I tapped my card, the gentleman told me, “Enjoy!” I realized I hadn’t had the opportunity to leave a tip and brought it to his attention. He simply told me to “tip with your heart.”

“Great pizza! The crust is amazing! Portions here are very generous. We love the Antipasto Salad - which is a meal all in itself! We also love the meat lovers pizza. Not on the menu online but it exists and it rocks! Very cool atmosphere. They have a small bar with several TVs so you can catch your game. They usually have some music playing which I like while I have a cold draft beer and enjoy the food with my wife and elementary aged kids. When my wife sends me to pickup a pizza I order when I get there, sit at the bar, enjoy a cold one or two, then get my pie and head home. We are lucky to have this gem in our neighborhood!“

“This must be the nicest and amazing Wingstop I have ever been to. Most of the Wingstop I have eaten at is mostly with loud music or got my order wrong. I am grateful for all the amazing service this Wingstop provided for me. There was one worker that I asked for extra ranch so technically you’d pay for extra ranch but this worker handed it to me for free. “I picked up wings tonight not realizing my wife ordered Them 30 minutes ago. When I picked up the food, the fries were lukewarm, and that wasn’t Wingstop’s fault. I didn’t realize it and brought it to the attention of the cashier and she mentioned the order was 30 minutes old. At that point, the manager immediately had the fries remade and gave me fresh fries. That’s what I call customer service. I am so impressed in the food is always so good.“

Our first time back to one since before COVID. Had to drive about 35 minutes to get there but it was worth it. I wish there were more locations that had a buffet.“

Heather was our waitress, who was attentive but not helicopter-esque, and an absolute joy. Our burgers were cooked to a perfect medium, the veggies were fresh, and the sidewinders and potato wedges were plentiful. Be sure to come hungry - you definitely won’t leave that way! “We visited the drive thru so have no knowledge of the atmosphere or if kid friendly. The chicken fingers were good but the quality declines as you drive home. I would have been happier with the meal if I could have eaten it there but over all I would say it was good and worth a try. I like their dipping sauce. The coleslaw was ok but I prefer a little sweeter slaw and slightly larger container.“

“I placed an order online but after working 12 hrs I did not verify the store location and ordered it at another store. When I went to pick it up they said they did not have the order. I called the other stores and was told that because the food was ready they could not refund me. Which was fine, it was my mistake after all.

The manager heard this and called the store as well. After a discussion he told me that was not right and he was going to take care of us. This is why we come here, they are great people and take care of their customers first and foremost. Thank you again guys.“

“I travel often, sometimes hitting 50 or more airports a year. This was one of the best airport restaurant experiences ever. First off, the lines were long, but they moved super quickly. All of the customer interactions I observed were friendly and attentive. The food came out piping hot, and was quite tasty. Sure it was just a burger and tater tots, but I’ll be hitting this place up every time I come through DFW.“
