The food sometimes may take a while, but you have to understand that their’s only one person working in the kitchen, so I usually sit back with my drink, watch the game, chat while waiting for the food. It is always cold there, so you may wanna bring a jacket!“
“I’m a regular at the Corpus Christi location so I definitely love this place came to visit my friends that I went to high school with and went out to eat here for my first time here in live oak and are beautiful server Stacey went all out she was fast and efficient and very friendly she recommended some drinks for us that I hadn’t had before I could even tell she was moving quick with her other tables I don’t even normally sit at the booths I sit the bar most of the time to watch the sports games once, I’m a regular at the CC location so I could tell I’m definitely asking for her the next time I come and visit. Stacy was even better than some of the bartenders over in CC she is magnificent.“
“Saw this place on Facebook and as always looking for something new. There is a large amount of parking across the street but the parking lot can fill up fast as well . This tells you how great this little town is. The inside is small but the patio area is very spacious with several tables to sit at. There is a stage and the music was awesome! I felt like I was at home in my own back yard. The food trucks vary. I did not care much for the two food trucks there that night. (I won't say which because this is based on my taste not anyone else's) drinks were good and there are $2 shots when you hear the train horn ?. I loved this place and so did my family who attended. The age group is a mixture and dog friendly. Try this place and always judge fir yourself.“

“Small hole in the wall restaurant and bar with one pool table. The atmosphere was chill and easy-going. Great place to have a cold one and a bite to eat with friends or family. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The food, amazing! I ordered the smothered turkey wings, collard greens, dressing, and Mac. Everything was hot, fresh and really delicious; perfectly cooked and seasoned well. I'll definitely be a returning customer. Nom nom! ?“

“Great service. We came in when they just opened for the day. The owner was very inviting. We asked if they were serving food, but she said not until about 7 pm. Later, she came to us and offered to make a fish sandwich and fries for us, which we thought was very kind. It looks like a fun place to come for an evening. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely be back.“
“My overall experience was incredibly pleasant. The staff here was very attentive, timely, and friendly while not overbearing. The food was wonderful. I ordered the chicken bacon club with fries and the new exclusive Dark Berry Mountain Dew. My wife had the riblet plate, while my daughter enjoyed the blackened salmon plate. I would like to have given 5 stars across the board, but the table was sticky for an unknown reason, despite watching the young hostess wipe it down. I do not believe it was a cleaning issue, but rather a chemical issue.“

“Got there a little early, 3pm. Looks large enough. Noticed several dart games along the walls. Was hoping for a good Chicago brew like I remember (Old Style, Pabst Blue Ribbon, Schlitz, etc.) but only brand names or regional. I was drawn there because their "Cubs" logo can be seen from the road. It was on my bucket list to stop in; and I did and enjoyed a frosty can of Pabst!There is a red food truck parked out front which boasts Chicago-style food. Now THAT is on my 'to-do' list...“

This place really is a diamond in the rough, I was actually in my way to another bar when I saw this one. Decided to stop by and stayed all night. Will be returning.“
“I went in after putting some laundry to dry in the place next door just looking for something to kill the time, and I had never been in a bar before. Bartender didn’t believe I had just turned 21 so he asked to see my ID and told everyone it was my birthday. They helped me find a drink I liked, an awesome girl next to me payed for my shot. Laundry was still wet by the time I left but overall a great time.“
“Hard to get drinks from the bar as it is always crowded. Could use a waitress or two. But pretty nice atmosphere & great cover band playing. Oh and the darts games need to be better maintained. They only had broken darts to offer to use, which in themselves were useless. I asked for more tips for them & waited over 2 hours never got them. Maybe better luck next time.“

“Wow! Impressive property! We feel like royalty and everything has really exceeded our expectations! The rooms are pristine. The staff is so personable and professional. The spa is amazing and I had an amazing massage. We will be here all week and I am looking forward to another massage with my husband joining me next time. “Attended the 2023 UTA convention this weekend at this location and I can definitely say that this was the place where I spent most of my money! Fun atmosphere with the biggest screen ever seen, greatest bartenders who remember what you order and Bree was the BEST server I had 2 nights in a row!! Thank you for the experience.“
“There is one bartender cannot remember her name but she only really ever serves the men. Even if you are in line ahead of a guy she will scan and go serve a dude first. To the point where it is blatantly obvious. Other than that I love this place. Karaoke is awesome here too.“
