From the first time I walked in and heard the family banter between Monica and her sister and children, to the best German food this side of the Atlantic, I have been back again and again. Now I only get to go once or twice a year as I live in Tennessee (where I have yet to find comparable German fare). So Schnitzel is one of my “must do’s” every timeI am in the area. If you do not support this wonderful establishment then shame on you.“

“Tonight me and my boyfriend went to eat at J.wilson’s, they did not have what we ordered on the menu so the manager Dylan came up to ask if he could help. Well he suggested something else because they no longer carried that steak but still had it on the menu. On top of that the restaurant A/C was not working well at all and it was pretty hot in there. My boyfriend asked the manager why was it so hot in there. The manager proceeded to tell us that they had five new a/c units and it so happened they were not cooling like they should be. We were like well did you call and have somebody work on it maybe they need to be working on it now. The manager was like well I’ll call and see if they can come check to see what’s wrong and I’ll let you know. Well needless to say he never did come back and to tell us what they said. It was very unprofessional and he did not follow through with what he said he was gonna do so it was very miserably hot and on top of it we did not get what we wanted to order. “I'm in Beaumont a few times a year. I ALWAYS stop at Floyds when I am there. Honestly, it is the best thing that Beaumont TX. has going for it. My meal always includes their wonderful crab bisque and I usually have a fish steak- Tuna, Sword, etc blackened with the veggie side. They just do this so well. Every meal- and I have had quite a few over the last 12 years of going there, has been awesome! I recommend Floyds to all of my friends that come into TX. via I-10.“

I will say hands-down every time I go in there I’m always graded right away by everybody you know and you can tell when you walk into this place. They really take pride in what they do. They take pride in their food and the way they present it to the customers, and they take pride in their customers and make sure that everything is just the way they asked for it to be. Their food is cooked to perfection. The employees are very nice. They have an excellent management team there as well as owner and I highly recommend the place to anybody. I think by far they are the best in the state of Texas and anywhere around this world you will not find a better place than here. I can guarantee you that. When you walk in here and you order your meal and you eat it, I’m gonna guarantee you. Boy were we in for a treat, they had live music and wonderful vibes inside with the staff as well as the customers; all very friendly and welcoming!
If the atmosphere itself wasn’t good enough they had a great selection of drinks and DE-licious food!

“We went with our friends Kenny & Dena to eat at Charlie’s Bar-B-Que & Catering this afternoon in Beaumont. It is some of the best BBQ around. While eating we seen a picture of Charlie and Aaron Franklin standing together under a tent. Charlie’s wife came over to ask how our food was and I asked her about the picture, she proceeded to tell us how they received an invited to cook at Aaron Franklin’s BBQ cook off in Austin, she was so nice. After we finished our meal Charlie came out to check on something, and we stopped him and started talking with him about how he Smokes his meat, type of wood he uses….etc, he was such a super nice friendly guy to talk and visit with. I would highly recommend if your hungry for some BBQ, or need an event catered, to give them a try. Their BBQ is delicious. Oh, I almost forgot, then we went to DQ in Nederland for some ice cream to complete our evening of festivities……..LOL 😂“

“Went yesterday around 6 PM. Our server was amazing and the food was so so good. I got a steak that was Parmesan crusted with the brussels sprouts and the grilled shrimp. I highly recommend the brussels sprouts and getting your steak Parmesan crusted for the appetizer we got spicy chicken bites and the stuffed mushrooms. I love the chicken bites. They were amazing and the sauce was so good. The stuffed mushrooms were a little bit too much for me. But they were amazing regardless. Wonderful night highly recommend“

“Had a live band! They were awesome! The people on the dance floor were very nice and friendly and love to dance like I do! Its by the water, theres a walking area, which was nice! The food was goid it just wasn't hot temperature wise for me, so that's why they got a 4 on the stars chart for food!I will be going back, probly on a Saturday, or Sunday! Really nice vibe!!!“

I ordered the cheese and bacon chopped steak combo meal. It comes with two sides and a roll. I also ordered a slice of the classic chocolate icebox pie. It was less than $18 and everything was absolutely delicious.

The young man who waited on me through the drive-thru was very helpful and they got my order out to me quickly“

“I don’t even know where to begin me and my husband went to college Street IHOP after DoorDash and the atmosphere was just not what it was supposed to be. It stunk. They didn’t seem friendly. The lights weren’t on all the way it just didn’t seem friendly to be honest I really didn’t want IHOP after that, but my husband said let’s go to the one by Dowlen so I kept my comments to myself since he always sacrifices for me I said I would eat it this one time and am I so glad that I did not only was the food super fresh like everything was so hot even though I was freezing my plates kept me warm my waitress her name was TELLISA when I tell y’all I did not have to ask for not one thing my refills were already ready to go before I could look up extra napkins. She was so friendly. She didn’t rush me. She really made me feel like family. I have never had a waitress. give this great of an experience in Beaumont Texas. She truly is a star of customer service.
So I asked to speak to the cook because of how amazing the food was and the manager as well because I wanted to give them their kudos a lot of people complain all the time about bad service and when she told me the manager was the cook, I just knew it had to be a woman because of how great the food was it was made with love. The manager’s name was CORIONA not only did her food deserve five stars her professionalism as a manager was unexpected. My omelette was so full of steak and vegetables. I was beyond surprised. Everything was hot. The steam was coming off of our shrimp. She really outdid herself. I will only be coming to Beaumont IHOP when they are there from now on and I will never step foot back in college IHOP I wish I could give these ladies 100 stars. I wish I could personally give them a raise. I feel that the tip I gave them still did not do justice for how great they were. Their service was stupendous. Whoever owns this location. Please take out a moment to realize what great representatives you have for your company before somebody else sweeps them up.“
