“I love this place! Vegetarian fare, not vegan, if you desire. Sounds funny for a BBQ Restaurant, eh? They serve the best black eyed peas i have ever tasted. After a pensive, small portion, i actually went back and filled a dessert bowl with a second serving. Yes, lots of great food from salads to meat. A favorite stop along the way!“

“We were traveling through town and looking for a good breakfast place. Came across this place and stopped based on the reviews. It did not disappoint! Hubby got a plate with bacon and eggs, potatoes and beans. I got 2 flour tortilla tacos- one chorizo/egg and one sausage/egg. Everything was delicious. The flour tortillas are fresh made, soft and buttery. The service was great as well. Definitely recommend if you're looking for simple delicious home made breakfast.“

“Recently stopped in to try out the brick oven Pizza. It was DELICIOUS! Highly recommend! Pat, her son Chris, and everyone else I spoke with in there was very friendly. Another plus (for me and any other non-smokers) is that they no longer allow smoking inside. If you haven’t been, you should definitely give it a try! I will be back for more!“

“They have a varied menu, and everything is great! I have eaten here several times. I cannot choose a favorite item to eat. Due to a diet restriction from the doctor I could not eat red meat for awhile, so a had a Turkey burger. It was amazing! Nothing here is frozen. It is all fresh. Try it, you will like it.Just a suggestion, don't park out front, diagonally. The traffic is off and on quite heavy during the day. And you are at the mercy of the red lights.Go to the streets just before or after the restaurant. Park there and leave without any stress.
