“We ate at Waco Waffle today. They had a lot of business but still got everyone in and with their food in an impressively timely manner. We actually had a small medical issue with our son and the owner was so helpful, wise, and kind. The food was really good but the people there are even better. 5 stars all the way. Thank you. (and our granddaughter loved watching the water wheel at the big window)“

“Great breakfast/brunch stop while traveling from Dallas to Austin! The staff was very friendly and patient with my two picky eaters. The only suggestion I’d make is to offer regular pancakes for kids, since some little ones might not love the wheat version. My 9-year-old and I thought they were delicious, but my 6-year-old didn't because it was wheat . He's just a picky eater!

I really appreciated the healthy menu options. Parents had the avocado toast with poached eggs, and it was absolutely perfect. Highly recommend!“

“Did drive-thru today as lobby is still closed. Their breakfast bacon croissants are awesome & at a reasonable price. Great, friendly service. Appreciate them still using caution & practicing social distancing. Have always had pleasant experience here. Won’t disappoint!“

“Our family loves Cafe Cappuccino. The food is always delicious and the prices are super reasonable. The service is outstanding. My oldest has severe food allergies. This is the only place other than our own house and her Nonna’s house where she can eat pancakes safely. She is allergic to tree nuts and peanuts. They do have tree nuts in their kitchen but their chef is the best. They keep them separate. He cleans down the whole grill and makes sure it is safe for her. He even let me check the packaging on the batter to make sure it wasn’t in a facility with nuts. And the servers never sigh or look irritated when I tell them about her allergies and to make sure to let the kitchen know. They are always super nice and accommodating about it. That is not the usual experience at other restaurants. We have also gone several times with large groups of kids and they still are super sweet. I can’t recommend this place enough. It is our go-to place when we are downtown. If you haven’t tried it go because not only is the food delicious the people are fantastic. 💕 🥞 ☕️“

“Had a breakfast combo that included French toast. #1 It’s huge. I thought I had two slices of thick bread. Nope, one thicc chonk of bread. #2 The perfect blend of sweet/buttery/savory. #3 I felt like I was tasting a piece of my childhood amped up with gourmet flair. Most folk probably don’t think of IHOP as gourmet but yeah.
