The brisket was perfectly smoked with a beautiful bark and melt-in-your-mouth texture, the pork belly burnt ends were ridiculous, and the jalapeño mac & cheese and street corn were just as memorable as the meat. The Tex-Mex twist they bring to barbecue is awesome too; the brisket tacos and quesabirria style tacos were unreal. Fort Worth folks already know, but if you’re anywhere in DFW and haven’t made the trip yet, you’re seriously missing out. Panther City deserves way more recognition than it gets.“

With only 2 months before the wedding, he very quickly got us scheduled for a tasting, reassuring us that even if it has been a week before the wedding he wouldve made sure we didnt go without. We LOVED the food at the tasting and Scott was so accommodating to make sure we stayed around our budget, and when we mentioned family and friends who had dietary restrictions he was more than willing to accommodate. We got married last night and to say I was blown away with everything would be a complete disservice to TCP Catering.
