“They put their heart into the food and service here. The food is amazing, make sure you try the gumbo on a Friday or Saturday. My wife is picky and rarely goes to the same restaurant twice, but we go here almost once a week. The fried shrimp sandwich is literally heaven. The pho is fantastic, they slice the meat there and it’s thin and the texture is just incredible. Everything on the menu is amazing!“

“This is the oldest restaurant in Haltom City. I remember visiting here back in 1990 when I was taking a course at Texas Wesleyan. The pho is excellent, and I believe the soup has a unique, delicious flavor that has stood the test of time. Although the service can be a bit slow, it’s worth the wait once you taste the pho. I always like to come back whenever I have the chance. I highly recommend trying the pho here!“

“I work night shift so I wake up pretty late in the evening and this place always hits the spot! My husband and I tried it once and came back because the food is delicious and the staff is so friendly! I love their rare steak pho and chicken egg rolls! If you're a late night person like my, this place is the right one! Not to mention their guava tea is my favvvvv! Their portions are great as well!“

“Authentic place right here! I recommend their tau hu ky spring rolls, it’s like a shrimp and tofu cake with the most amazing flavor I’ve ever had and I don’t like tofu.
Vietnamese coffee always 10/10
Pho is always hot and fresh noodles are placed right when you order too
I love when I get my pho and I know my noodles are fresh and mine lol

“A nice little local gem. If your tummy craves Asian, this is the place to go. Small, good service, and most important good food. I always order the shrimp with vegetables it never disappoints. Bring your cash as they don't take cards. I would point out they need to clean the condiments containers as they look less presentable.“

I will start by saying that service is friendly enough, and the menu has a good selection of different drinks such as Thai tea and coffees. The phos are also a good selection, and they have other items such as plates and rice dishes. The spring rolls were pretty good, and filling. They tasted fresh and were a good size. However, the pho was alright. The broth tasted good enough, and the toppings were a nice amount. The pho was good, but nothing amazing. While this is a good place to stop for a bowl, I wouldn’t come out of my way to come here. Overall, pretty decent meal.“

I highly recommend the Grilled Pork Vermicelli Salad- it’s like a spring roll in a bowl! Easily customizable, filling, and fresh every time. It’s the perfect summer meal. I also love the Cajun sweet potato fries and the potstickers. I plan to actually go in person sometime soon to try out some of their other offerings!“

The shrimp paste with sugar cane was my favorite I loved grilling the meat and rolling your own spring rolls. It was a fun and delicious dinner. Highly recommend“

“Sweetest owners and the best eggrolls! I usually go to another place on Belknap for eggrolls before I knew Viet Tofu was there. My usual place is closed on Wednesdays, and my son asked for some for a school theatre potluck. I went on Tuesday to make sure I could order ahead for pickup the next day, and bought a few from the ready to eat case to try. They are soooo good. My order was ready on time (I ended up buying more from the ready to eat case again) and my daughter got a few little sweet things that were delicious as well. The eggrolls are a hit with my son's theatre class and I can't wait to try more of what Viet Tofu has to offer.“

The sandwiches are all virtually the same but with different proteins.

!Combination. A good classic cold cut sandwich. You can’t go wrong.

Meatball. Made with Vietnamese meatballs that has good flavor but I wish it more of a sear on it.

!Bbq. This is one is good. I loved the Vietnamese char siu pork in the sandwich

!Egg. This was a surprise for me. I loved the scrambled egg in it.
