“Bittersweet is phenomenal. If you’re not from waxahachie (like us), it’s an absolute treat! There’s so much to love about this bakery, apart from the to-die-for brownies and holiday options, but it’s SO much more than brownies. A local bakery, who cares about their community? You have customers for life in us, no matter what you sell! 🫶🏻Businesses like that are hard to come by.. The owner even shares her recipes and does classes! I’ll never be able to bake, and I’ve accepted that, but it’s because of people and places like Bittersweet bakery that our community is a place people want to live! We all have our niches.. and I’m so glad to see you are a key part of the Ellis county community!”

Standard large iced latte comes with 3 shots of espresso (a shot more than some of the big chain companies). Making the espresso to milk ratio fantastic! I meet up with some of my vet/motorcycle/hot rod buddies on Sunday mornings. We get treated like Hollywood stars. But one of the best parts is Bella. Not only does she remember our orders in detail without writing it down, she is just an absolute pleasure to deal with. That is not to say we do not like the rest of the staff. She is just the favorite. @Caleb is a close second!!! Lastly, B&G is more than just a food joint. It is a community gathering spot. Seems like every time I go there, I see people I know from the area. Heidi has really turned this place into a gathering spot. Peace and continued prosperity.....”

“This is my favor donut spot on Ellis county. I tried a bunch and they are all pretty much same quality and taste. These stand out a little more and they offer more specialty flavors. It’s always packed and they handle the volumes fairly well.”

I used my reward and received the chips free, but they are only $1.99 which is very reasonable for 2 oz bag. Store was clean and music not too loud. All in all, a good experience.”

“As I had never ordered from here, and being new to the area, I thought their menu sounded pretty good, so I took a leap of faith! I'm really glad I did, and as I did not try out the tortillas, I had the birria tacos and birria ramen, with a chicken flaunta plate (with rice and beans) and it did not disappoint. Each came with three to an order, and the ramen even came with its own birria taco on the side; the flaunts arrived crispy and hot. The one thing I haven't been able to get out of my mind was their "Salsa Falsa". It's a green, jalapeno-based salsa, that is smooth, creamy and has the perfect hint of spice! I could put that on everything...and I didvuntil it ran out! You can order the salsas in larger portions as well, which a should've done in the first place. Give them a try, I ordered from Door Dash, so I'm not sure about the service and storefront, but verything was great!”

“Just wanted to give a huge shoutout to the wonderful chick-fil-a team at this location! We had a little incident where I unfortunately didn’t read the sign about the dining area being closed. I didn’t read the sign until after my husband dropped me off (he had to run into another store) and drove away with my cellphone 😂 both the management team and the drive-thru team was so super helpful! They even let me use my “invisible car” to place an order! Thank yall so much for being so helpful! Hopefully yall can have a good laugh about the lady who who was an hour away from home 😂 if we are ever in the area again we will definitely be making a special stop but I’ll make sure my family stays with me!”
