“Thank you to this Starbucks for taking care of my wife this morning as she was harassed and had her car window pounded on by some nut case that thought she cut in line. He lost his mind. My wife received her order for free, and the psycho was refused service. Well done Starbucks. I thank you !!“

“The experience at this Starbucks is amazing. I've ordered both inside and in the drive thru. The food is always phenomenal and the atmosphere both inside and outside is very welcoming. I particularly love the butter croissants which are light, airy, and fluffy! The staff are fairly nice and the wait time is always minimal even if there are long lines. Thank you Starbucks in Waxahachie!“

“Came through the drive through asked for coffee and said they don’t have any @ 8 pm Now this McDonalds is right off the highway and it’s cold at night - why would coffee be available - however they had a Carmel mocha - isn’t it made with coffee ? Staff is as amazing as always and the little girl with the red hair and the red lipstick always makes me feel welcome !! great customer service skills always aims to please and is definitely you want to look to promote in the future Keep up the cleanliness keep up the good work great job“
