“I would like to say that you have one great employee. Her name Is Erica she Understands what food is about and how it is supposed to be prepared with love, not just throwing it together. I have been going to Chick-fil-A since the 80s. And I've enjoyed your food for so long. But lately most of your employees just throw the food together. But after a few times that I have been upset how my food came out, I've talked to the manager Erica I explained to her how I like the pickles on a sandwich. Because every bite, whether it's a Chick-fil-A or a hamburger. Every bite should get a pickle down to the last bite. I understand that it's a fast food restaurant, but back in the 80s.When I used to work at a hamburger place and we were busy.We still manage to put a pickle in every corner.A square so that everybody gets a bite of a pickle. I stopped eating inside chick. Fil a for a while until this Saturday the 16th I went there and Erica was there and I asked her if I can have. My combo with an extra Patty with 4 pickles on the bottom, 4 pickled in the middle and 4 pickle on top of the chicken. And my French fries or waffle. Fries salted because I hate ketchup. She made sure that my order was properly correct and when She brought my order to me.She asked the taste of Waffle fries and they were perfectly salted and my sandwich Was made perfect even until the last bite even had a pickle. On that last bite, the sandwich was still hot with a pickle..Thank You For having such a caring Manager like Erica to make me feel good about eating good at Chick-fil-A.“

“I was unsure how good this location would be. However we thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our visit. The lobby and restrooms were very clean. The service we received was very welcoming and we received our food within minutes. It was piping hot which we don't always get at other locations. I would definitely suggest anyone that is downtown to visit Chick-Fil-A on 6th.“

“Excellent 1/2 chicken with excellent onion, usual sides. I missed living in the neighborhood near the #2 North Lamar location. I stopped by at a slow time of day, polite staff and great food. Took to go, but the place was clean and ready for business later on in the day. Grabbed a couple neighborhood newspapers as I left.“

“This was my first time visiting this establishment. I’m here for a college graduation from Atlanta. I must say, being a chef and a person that serves, the service was immaculate and the food was simply amazing. Service was fast, cashier was very courteous, friendly & patient. The order did not come out correctly, however, the gentleman that waited on us was very quick to correct the order. Wow! What an amazing staff that was behind the counter. Everyone that was behind the counter began to pitch in when the dining room began to fill. I didn’t see anyone in particular instruct the staff to do that. I noticed that saw a need and filled it. “This was my first time in to pick up. I always order through Favor I believe, or 1 of the delivery apps. Jordan was there and gave me a great customer experience. His hospitality was incredible....we had a large order and he helped me to the car! Food was amazing as usual... the Jalapeño Fish Salad is a favorite and their Fried Chicken is hands down, best in town. Thank You Jordan and Halal Wings for a great lunch today!“

“Wow wow wow I just stopped today to try them. Let me tell you something those tenders so good. The seasoning is on point. By the way I had the CCW Combo and the waffle with pecans so thick and soft. Next time I’m gonna get the wings cause I know they’re gonna be killing. I never like to ride reviews but these people deserve a good review. “This is the Chick-fil-A location I stop by the most because its right in the middle of campus, but its almost always super busy so you are in for a wait especially around times people get out of class. Located in the SAC, there is a lot of traffic through the building so it gets pretty loud while you are waiting in line and sometimes it feels like the line isn't moving but the workers here move as quickly as possible. Due to the lengths of the line I cant help but feel like I am going to be waiting forever but I think that I've never really waited over 10-15 minutes max as my longest wait time over the years. I also can't help but feel that the menu here looks a bit smaller than it would at one of the normal chain restaurant Chick-fil-As but they always have what I want so I can't really complain. Also, this Chick-fil-A is a Tapingo partner so I can order my food through an app and just come and pick it up which is super convenient and I have come to rely on this method even though it incurs a small service fee. The seating here is also kind of crazy because its part of a food court in a heavily trafficked area so be prepared to potentially not find seating after getting your food. It's overall never been a bad experience for me to grab a quick meal here so if you have upwards of 15 minutes to spend on getting food then I would just recommend coming here and grabbing it on your way home or to your next class.“

“Leaving the review so no other parents try taking their kids here to have lunch and play on the playground. Unfortunately this Chick fil a has removed the play ground during a renovation. Leaving 4 stars so this doesn’t greatly impact their rating but how sad that they got rid of it!“
