“A few days ago my wife and I pulled through the drive-thru and ordered some coffee. Unfortunately, my hand slipped when I grabbed one of the drinks and it spilled all over myself and the console. Brynn (the manager on duty) not only have us napkins to clean the mess, but (despite my protestations that it was my fault) made an entirely new drink to replace the spilled one. Her service was extraordinary and the drinks were fantastic.“

“I come to this location pretty regularly &they're always so kind &dont make me feel like a jerk for my my annoyingly modified keto coffee order. Lol. While all their employees have been great, there's 2 that have stuck out : Derek has always been so warm & personable, &seems to really take an interest in the ppl around him. The other is Tiva (I'm prob way off on spelling). I spilled my ENTIRE coffee in my car, ¬ only did she remake it, immediately, for no added charge -she sanitized a towel &also gave me a dry one, so I could clean it up (w/o me even asking) which was so thoughtful. I'm hoping their managers or someone higher up sees this, so they can get the recognition (*cough* compensation *cough*) they deserve, bc - while I do love my starbuck's - most of us don't get that many splurges, but bc of these employees this Starbucks is one of mine.“

The drinks have a high batting average, the baristas are kind, friendly, and remember your name, the atmosphere and seating are perfect for a conversation or to get some work done, and they play good music. I've tried getting work done at other coffee shops where the seating is limited or uncomfortable, the drinks are subpar, the music is terrible, parking is difficult, or you have to fight for an outlet. “How am I just discovering this hidden gem of a franchise!! First of all, go inside if it’s your first time. Sample the teas and even mix’em up. You also have the option of adding additional sweeteners, lemon, orange peels or even fruits like blueberries and strawberries. You can also order a gallon to take home. This location was very clean and tidy and the staff were mostly helpful. I recommend this location and the Texas chai tea. It’s d-lish!!“
