Staff was friendly, energetic, quick, efficient, correct order and professional. Payment is easy and they recheck everything. Shoutout to Natalie whose smile and kindness was very welcoming. “It's been YEARS since I had Carl's Jr. Just as good as I remember. About 2.5x the price I remember, but you can still get out for $10/head. We went in on a Friday for the $2.50 Famous Star special. The last time I had the Famous Friday special, they were still 99 cents. 🤣“

“Until today it's always been 5 star. My burger was wrong twice and I took it back the third time because it was raw. Not slightly pink it was raw. The employee apologized and did make it right, but I was irritated by then and just wanted a refund. They refunded our whole order and apologized more than once. I will be back.“

People need to understand and realize that some things are beyond their control and that they do the best they can with what they're given. They might as well move in because one of them is always there keeping everything under control. Great job ladies!!!! And if it was up to me... “Went through drive through to get a To go order. SPECIFICALLY ordered fries with NO SALT. The fries that were received were NOT fresh but hot. These fries were re dipped!
We threw them away!

“The food business is really tough right now, getting good employees can be tough. I used the app to get a BOGO of the loaded Italian (sandwich was a little small) & the Turkey Bcn ranch. I used the restroom quick & my food was ready. Most fast food places suck these days. You did good! Helps that it is Wichita Falls! I get called sir all of the time here!“

“The food is good but the employees screaming and yelling isn't. You can not have a conversation because when someone comes in an employee tells how many came in. The cooks yell that an order is ready. Not a pleasant place to eat. Wichita Falls, Texas on Kemp.“

“We (Holliday Elementary)had subs and a few salads catered today from Firehouse Subs for our monthly PayDay Luncheon. The entire experience was awesome! I think I spoke with every manager there setting up our order lol. Each of them were awesome to work with. Our order was perfect and the meals were so good! Everything was very delicious! Loved the balsamic vinaigrette. The cookies were also amazing! Highly recommend!“

“I love Chick-fil-A and I am happy we got our order in .05 seconds, but it is too hot outside for these poor kids to be taking peoples orders in 104 degree heat. I think we can wait a little longer if that meant they could stay out of the heat. There was just us and one other car.“

“The girl at the register took her time. We were looking at the menu and she suggested us using the kiosk. Then took a long time getting back to take our order. She had hickys very large all over her neck. It was all good tho. I ordered my burger with mayo on the side, she forgot to give it. Then the tacos came with hot sauce on the tacos which was not posted on the menu. So I had to go back and order a special taco again. The food its self was OK. It's just not my cup of tea.
But cost was $31 for 3 people cause tacos were only $1 each. 1 person had tacos and the other 2 had combo meals. My mine issue was the workers are way relaxed they didn't care to see you waiting at the register. We were the only people in the there after we ordered, another family came in and they waited a little bit as well.“

“It's chili dog time yeahhhh so basically yeah if you want like a chili dog or something, my knowledge just is like the best place to get it from a fast food joint. I can't really even ever think of anywhere else that has chili dogs in the menu. So yeah I would definitely say that Sonic gets a spot. Most people like their drinks but I think some people would be impressed or not impressed but not this happy if they gave the food a chance. Some of the food is pretty okay. The hamburgers are kind of lackluster, but like I said the chili cheese dog is pretty good and pretty much all of their sides are like blessings from God. You know you got the cheese sticks. You got the the tater tots. Their french fries are pretty good like they got down their side game. So you know if you just want like a little snack, get that also back to the weiner category. They're corn dogs are real good too. They're you're delicious and yummy and you put them in your mouth. Anyhow, I definitely would recommend Sonic, especially if you've never had it before, which I'd be like. Wow! You've never had a sonic but whatever yep.“

“Back when I used to go it used to be a hit or miss either fresh or very cold and old. Just started going back again to give them a try one more time and the food is always fresh and customer services is on point, very pleased with the turn around they did.“

“I’m usually fairly critical of fast food places, and usually found it easy to complain about things, but this experience was excellent. The food did take a while to get to us while dining in, but they were slammed with people. The Manager was clearly working hard to get orders out accurately, while working with new staff. She didn’t let the rush get to her and kept encouraging her team. She apologized to each person as she was handing out orders, and at least seemed sincere in her apology. I appreciate her and all her staff for doing a great job in a rush I hadn’t seen there in quite some time.“

“Today was my first time ever eating at Qdoba. We walked in a restaurant where the staff was lighthearted and kind. You could tell they all got along with one another. They were all smiling, pleasant, and helpful while working on Labor Day. The food was yummy, and I will definitely be back. Great job Qdoba Wichita Falls.“
