“My first experience was indoors, yummy breakfast taco. Second visit was a chicken fajita plate…beans etc tortillas lettuce and chicken. Chicken tasted like it had been boiled, then chopped and salt and pepper added. I can do that for myself. Brought it home and fed it to my dog. Plus there’s no indoor dining anymore. Very disappointing and I will not be back. Save your money.”

“I don't know who is cooking there but they arent getting paid enough! The food is fantastic! Had pork chops,mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts. Best meal I have had in a restauraunt in a long while. They also had Tres Leches cake. I grew up in San Antonio and have had it many times over the years. All those years it was wrong. This was the best TL cake I have ever had. Like it was made in heaven and sent to the kitchen. At a sports bar I expected chicken strips, hamburgers, fried pickles so I was blown away. Well done to anyone who had anything to do with it.”

“Had lunch there with 2 old friends. Prices were reasonable. Tex-Mex menu. I had carne guisado with one cheese enchiladas rice and refried beans. Flour tortillas were fresh off the Press and grill.”

“Small, local cafe with friendly service and fresh tasty home style meals. A nice mix of American and Mexican dishes and also serving breakfast. The taco salad was fresh with generous avocado and the chips and salsa were incredibly good with a nice kick of heat. Stopped in on the way to Bastrop and highly recommend over the typical fast food options!”

“I'm not sure what is going on in this town that this place is rated less than 4 stars. I'd never eaten at a DQ so I didnt know what to order, but the guy behind the counter was extremely patient and accommodating! Also...I'm the most critical person I know when it comes to food; my burger, fries, and chicken strips were EXCELLENT! I would never believe that it came from a chain. And this was all at 830PM on a Friday.”

There was a very nice woman that told us she was moved over from the Giddings location, she was amazing! Amazing costumer service, unlike her coworkers. “Ordered some food and ice cream, everything was fine until I tried the vanilla shake. The ice cream was sour, but the staff here are very professional, yes the shake being sour made the experience not so great but they apologized and re-made it fresh. 3 separate staff members checked on us, to see if we need napkins, condiments etc. and were very friendly, so for that 4 stars!”

Service was so kind, food hot, even put my dip and napkins in a separate small white bag so my sauce didnt lay in my fries, only McDonalds that ive been in that did that. Everyone touches the sauce then they throw them onto of your fries thsts they handled. Empressed.”
