“1 - Excellent food…fried pickles appetizer gone in 60 seconds; burgers were awesome; tater tots add beyond yummy…and stay crispy enough for next day breakfast ( because they give you a portion that you WILL have another meal) 2 - Speedy, friendly customer service…very attentive staff….we tipped well over the standard 20% because it was so good! 3 - beautiful, lively atmosphere…air coolers for outdoor eating, which we chose despite the heat/humidity Most importantly, I was an out of tower and this was my last meal with local family before flying out the next morning. Dumb a** me left my wallet at the restaurant and didn’t realize until getting ready to leave for the airport at 0830. We stopped by the restaurant to see if it was still in the outdoor eating area…nope. Luckily, ran into the contractor doing some work…he called the owner, the owner confirmed it was in the office safe. After hearing I needed to make the AM flight to DFW for connection to home, he dispatched an employee to go in on a planned closed day to get my wallet. This kindness allowed me to make my flight…what he didn’t know is this act of kindness was critical because I had a new job in-person interview scheduled for the next day. Forever grateful. THAT is customer service. Thank you so much! Tells a lot about the culture and dedication to customers. Keep up the awesome work…I will be back. Promise to keep better accountability of my wallet!“

“What a hidden jewel out away from the hustle and bustle. Right in the middle of the crops growing. Fixed up so cute. Very clean snd neat. And Al and his staff are fantastic. We had a little get together with about 40 people out there and everyone loved it and can’t wait to go back. “First time here and we've never heard of Cricket's before. Went in Cricket's because it looked huge from the front and assumed it will not be crowded. It turned out it was a good choice and we had an overall good experience. We ordered the peanut butter bacon burger with fries, waco hot chicken crispy sandwich with tots and 2 sweet teas. The sandwiches were both veey good and tasty. The buns were soft, warm, and crispy on the edges. The fries were very good - perfect crispness and it had the skins on. Yum. The crispy chicken breading was very tasty and fried just right - crunchy, well seasoned and does not taste oily. The tots were plain but the quantity makes up for the flavor. Sweet teas were quite weak. Needed more steeping, i think. The server did not come back to offer refills or waters or to check if we needed anything. We badly needed napkins. lol. Had to catch his attention to let him know we are ready for the check. I do recommend the peanut butter bacon burger, if you like peanut butter and bacon. I also liked the decor and feel of the place, very high ceiling, cozy booths, and a large bar and pretty wide variety of beers/ipas. I imagined it will be noisier and busier during dinner and weekends. But a quiet and laid back lunch with tasty food is what we experienced today.“

“I'm from Phoenix and I visited a lot a karaoke bars back there this place is very good the bartenders were good both the guys and girls. Great song selection. And the turn around for songs is very good . Dj did his job perfectly no waiting around to long if u don't come up when he calls u. Would recommend“
