“I stopped by yesterday since it was on my way home from College Station, and I definitely will again! The mac was made quickly and tasted amazing, as did the cheesecake. I warn you though, they aren’t joking about the cheese moving through your intestinal tract like a runaway freight train. I eat dairy with every meal and after a hour on the road even I had to start speeding up to 15-20 over the limit to find a rest stop. Unfortunately a police car found me first. I feel deep regret for the officer that allowed me to poo on the side of the highway. TL;DR: Food was great but made me poo on a cop.“

“The best brisket & ribs I've ever had. In town for a short time and ate there twice. Cole slaw and baked beans were excellent. Old rustic building but owner friendly and great character that added to the atmosphere. Highly recommend. Don't be put off by the neighborhood.“

“I was just there with my group of 20kids , and I got to say the brisket frito pie was amazing. The pecan pie is soooo sweet you can tell it’s homemade I,would recommend coming here you won’t be disappointed.“

“Let me tell you about this smoked prime rib—it should come with a warning and possibly a police escort. First off, it’s so tender that the meat barely hits your tongue before it melts away, leaving you questioning every life decision that led you here. The flavor? It’s so good, I’m convinced it’s illegal. Honestly, I would square up against a grizzly bear for a seat at the table. And the bear would lose, because nothing is coming between me and that smoked prime rib.
This isn’t just food—it’s a borderline religious experience. It has Christians questioning their morals, and I’ve seen atheists pull out a cross mid-bite. Eating here is a game changer, a life-altering moment. That prime rib could bring world peace, cure Monday blues, and probably balance your checkbook. I’m still processing the aftermath.“

“Went there for the first time on Wednesday July 3rd thought it would e good idea to pick up and eat at the airport. Well the napkins were in the box with the wings so they were all greasy and the Waco airport doesn't have paper towels. I did ask for a couple of napkins before I left the restaurant so I had 2 in my purse. My husband enjoyed the wings and the fries were great . Will sip on our return home. Only suggestion don't put the napkins in with the food. Muck prosperity to you all.“

“It is a great place to dance and meet new friends. Safe surroundings and just a great time. The owners are great people and staff has hard workers. If you have not been there please try it out. There is live music all the time.“
