“This place was like 5 minutes outside of waco on hwy 6, right off the highway. I love when you stop at a random place and get amazing food. The breakfast burrito was delicious and so was the green sauce. Mexican coke to wash it down. Definitely would recommend.“

“The food overall was fresh and tasted pretty good. Surf and turf burrito was quite the mix of ingredients but it worked well. Portions were fair for the price. Only disappointment was the red sauce, I'd probably give that a 3/10 way too much tomato flavor not enough chile cilantro etc. Verde sauce was pretty good though, easy 7.5 or 8/10. I'd smother a lot of stuff in that green sauce.

There's enough variety that you may want to experiment with the menu until you find a favorite dish. I would happily order here again, but I'm not going out of my way just to get some if that makes sense. I'll give it a solid 7/10 with room to grow, which is quite good for a new place.“

“Chuy’s hooked it up!! Best street tacos, rice, and beans I’ve had in a long time!!! I found it needing a bulk order of tacos for a birthday party when most trucks and restaurants were closed on Sunday. I called ahead the day before and they were working on it when I arrived the next day. This truck is a MUST. Easy to get to, just drive past the Bellmead HEB and it’ll be on your right about half a mile! Insane flavor to everything. THE BEST SALSA AND QUESO! This will be my new taco stop in Waco. ??“

We had the steak taco fajita salad. Steak was really good and flavorful and chalupa plate. Everything was great, fresh and cooked to order. Except the canned orange cheese sauce. It was on the chalupa and was awful. It covered up the great taste of the meat. Very thick chips, possible homemade? Salsa was good and spicy.

“We ate there for dinner the other night. We got the sizzling fajita plate as well as the fajita strips. The food was decent. Steak steak quite Chewey. Lastly we ordered two large sangria margaritas which we awesome.

The best part of the night was our server, Vanessa! She was kind, super sweet, and always checked on us. She also gave us some sopa pias (fried sugar dough) before we left.
