“Firehouse subs has the best sub sandwich out there. You can’t beat the hook and ladder. Today I got the “buy one medium get one free” and it was delicious. This location is clean with friendly fast workers. I love that they have a veteran discount.“

“I came in on Thursday night with a friend and the food was great! The manager, Nick was very kind. However, I asked about his coworker, Nizone, because she was honestly not friendly at all. When we walked in she just looked me in the eye and didn't say welcome. When I told her what I wanted on my sandwich she rolled her eyes and Nick ended up making it for me. She forgot to put mayo on my friends sandwich. It didn't ruin my experience, because Nick and the other boy were friendly, but it is worth mentioning because she did make me feel bad.“

“We had 14 in our group and pushed 4 tables together, with the 3 children (under 9) sitting at the counter next to us. We arrived at 5:15 PM on a Saturday and it wasn't too busy, but did fill up by the time we left an hour later. I shared a large cheese pizza with my daughter and it did take a while to arrive at our table. It's a self-ordering system at the register that was easy and quick. Others in our group ordered sandwiches or soup and generally everyone enjoyed their meal. I gave the food 4 stars instead of 5 due to the difficulty of grabbing the narrow slices without having the cheese in the center fall off. Maybe if the slices were wider? The Large was enough for the two of us and we got a box to bring home what we didn't eat. The serve staff was friendly and helpful. Overall a very nice experience.“

“I am from AZ and loved going to Ikes in AZ. I was excited to learn they are in Utah now. I ordered online and they had it all ready on time. I made a lot of changes to my sandwich and they made it exactly as I asked. The sandwiches were SO good and I love how they give you a free caramel apple lollipop with your sandwich. The workers are amazing at their job.“

“This was my go to place back in college. A warned 8 inch Sensuous was perfect. 25 years later, it's still the same. The service was fast and friendly, the sandwich was delicious. I do recommend this place.“

“I came to your establishment for the first time ever today. My three year old and I came to the drive thru. The young man who took our order was so Kind, helpful, and happy. We found the young man that took our money in the same attitude. As we drove away my three year old said, "mom, those are some of the nicest boys ever, aren't they? “Quick service and always tasty, and r employees willing to accomidate requests like slicing the sandwich into more pieces than regular. There are also usually nice quoteable quotes on the walls, and some of the bathrooms have funny quips as well.“

First, the place is immaculate. When I walked in, the employees were sweeping, scrubbing, all of it. The soda machine looked fresh out of the plastic wrap (it wasn’t—it was just that clean). My order is always 100% accurate and the employees are always really nice.
I don’t like the kickin ranch chips but I like the sauce itself. I do LOVE the after 2pm deal.“

“Had lots of trouble ordering online due to the app and website being a real difficult and not accepting payment. Tried with multiple sources and phones. Management's hands are tied and can not honor online specials.... not right corporate!“

“We went a few minutes before close Friday night on April 12th. The one employee working was so nice, she was quick to help us and made suggestions. We apologized for coming in so close to closing time and with a smile said there was no problem at all, there were 15 minutes left till closing! Didn’t catch her name, started with an F i believe.“

It was lunch time and busy, but welcome to the world of restaurants? When I walked in and saw that my order wasn’t on the rack for pickup orders, so I politely asked where my order was or for an update, I was was told: “It’ll get there when it gets there.” “Well, sorry I’m working.” And “excuse me?? What did you say?” I literally had to tell the girl “I wasn’t rude to you so please don’t be rude to me.” Kind of ridiculous to walk in and be met with crap attitude and slow service. An order placed 40 minutes prior to pickup schedule shouldn’t take 55 minutes to make. It also shouldn’t be wrong and missing items. So 5⭐️ for firehouse in general. 2 ⭐️ (at best) for service given today.“

“I usually like this place, but tonight there was only 1 employee and he was less than kind! I understand, but everyone who was there did online orders and we all waited patiently. I bought 2 whole salads, and I got 2 half salads, when I asked about it, the employee was absolutely rude!
