“The service is really good ?they welcome people to the store. the food is really good my favorite is the new pepperoni dipper with the Baja Chipotle it's the best ??the chicken salad wap too I really recommend it. “So i came here after work with my wife and kid I ordered a Chipotle cheese steak and she ordered the original cheese steak. When I got my order my wife's was fine. Mine was made with the wrong meat. Got chicken instead of beef. Not usually a big deal but I was wanting steak today. I let the lady at the front counter know the mistake and she immediately fixed the issue with no problems she was super nice and helpful. “Just moved to provo recently so this was my first time at this location just walked in trying to get my food and leave when the man ahead of men started throwing a fit and getting aggravated claiming “dont you know im a regular here ive never seen such thin slices of meat this is bullshit” and ive never seen anyone de-escalate a problem better and more efficiency when skyler the man making his sandwich firmly informed that that meat was actually thick and he didn’t need to yell in the store and to even prove he wasn’t wasnt shorting the man he even suggested weighing the meat on a scale this ended up de-escalating the problem and i promptly complemented skyler on his professionalism and as a thank you he even gave me a large drink and cookie on the house i will definitely be coming here again“

“The staff was so kind and attentive! Brought plenty of napkins (a must with kids) and even brought out extra pickles when they noticed the kids sharing one. We sat and talked for a bit after eating and they came and took some of the garbage out of the way. Definitely coming again when in town!“

After a long hike, it was exactly what we needed, fresh, flavorful, and packed with wholesome ingredients. The chicken was perfectly grilled, the veggies were crisp, and everything tasted clean and satisfying. My wife and I both agreed it was one of the best post-hike meals we’ve had. “I am from AZ and loved going to Ikes in AZ. I was excited to learn they are in Utah now. I ordered online and they had it all ready on time. I made a lot of changes to my sandwich and they made it exactly as I asked. The sandwiches were SO good and I love how they give you a free caramel apple lollipop with your sandwich. “Quick service and always tasty, and r employees willing to accomidate requests like slicing the sandwich into more pieces than regular. There are also usually nice quoteable quotes on the walls, and some of the bathrooms have funny quips as well.“

“Had issues with putting in an online delivery order today. I talked to Ben who helped me by giving me suggestions. Then he took my order over the phone and really went above and beyond due to the inconvenience! Internet and app issues are a pain in the butt--but Ben really made it not a big deal for me at all. He made things right!“

“Typically, my husband and I have a good experience at firehouse. Today, we placed an order online 40 minutes before scheduled pickup. It was lunch time and busy, but welcome to the world of restaurants? When I walked in and saw that my order wasn’t on the rack for pickup orders, so I politely asked where my order was or for an update, I was was told: “It’ll get there when it gets there.” “Well, sorry I’m working.” And “excuse me?? What did you say?” I literally had to tell the girl “I wasn’t rude to you so please don’t be rude to me.” Kind of ridiculous to walk in and be met with crap attitude and slow service. An order placed 40 minutes prior to pickup schedule shouldn’t take 55 minutes to make. It also shouldn’t be wrong and missing items. So 5⭐️ for firehouse in general. 2 ⭐️ (at best) for service given today.“

“Sandwiches are always amazing but the guy at the register today was rude explaining things. I ordered and he repeated it to me using sandwich numbers. I hadn’t ordered that way so I didn’t know what he was confirming. He got a little rude and said it says up there SLIM. After searching there is a very tiny white bar that explains a SLIM. He made me feel so dumb. Won’t come back to this location.“
