“I’ve been a fan of Nielsen’s since 1990. The custard is the smoothest, creamiest frozen treat I’ve ever had! I’ve been to Ted Drewes in St. Louis and Andy’s in Tennessee and lots of places in Utah, and Nielsen’s really is the best.

The place is swamped on Saturday nights, so there’s a wait. (They have lots of employees though to try and combat that.) And it’s really noisy when the machines are running. So be prepared. The Bountiful store doesn’t have a lot of parking but the South Jordan and St. George ones do. I haven’t been to the others.

This piece of glass was in my caramel cashew. I got it on 8/16 from Bountiful in a pre-packaged pint with “CC 05/08” written on the bottom. I’ve NEVER had anything bad like this before there. Definitely an anomaly.“

“Absolutely everything on the menu. The staff takes pride in the food the prepare for customers and they are very polite and hurry to get your order ready in a speedy manner and they make sure the food is put together correctly and the way it should be. you will not be disappointed with the manner they serve you with a smile and respect..If the item is on the menu you can be sure it will be fantastic.“

“I know Arby's gets a vad wrap sometime, not totally sure why. But I thinknit has some good food. As good as most fast food places, but wherr they rrally shine is customer service. I had an issue with an order and all I will say is they did more to make up for it. Ive heard this with other people too. Arby's likes to take care of their customers more than most.“

“I love the shakes here and come by for one at least twice a week, always 10/10 but when it’s just high school kids working and all their friends come to hang out it’s ridiculous, I’ve been waiting on two shakes for 30 minutes. Normally I would have left but it’s 15 something for two medium. The girl at the window is the only one working I can see the other two guys horsing around.“

“Food is heavenly at this place. Except for I've noticed that they have started putting these giant hunks of fat in my burritos ? which is unsavory at best. I could live without that part but other then that it's awesome.

Vegetarian options: I haven't tried any of those offerings unfortunately but there is options hehe

Parking: They have a pretty decent sized lot and it's easy to get in and out of.

Wheelchair accessibility: They have chair accessibility of course and its all wide enough for peeps to maneuver around easily.“

“UPDATE: was contacted by a manager who made it right. Will be returning just for the customer service.

Waited 35 minutes in line for a salad. They were out of everything. Including tortillas and chicken. The line was at a stand still for about 15 minutes with the line out the door. The entire restaurant was only a line as no one had received food to be seated.“

“great food and very friendly staff that makes you feel that you have the choice of wearing a mask or not. Their hamburger beats the taste of McDonald's and Burger King by far. Their butterfly shrimp, fried cod fish and roast are excellent and well seasoned.“

“They did everything right except for quit selling Coke. I know that they do not have control because SUBWAY® makes certain decisions. Too bad they had to choose Pepsi. I know it will impact the amount of times I go to Subway. Sometimes you just need a good Coke. Thank you.“

“Order the Nachos.....they are amazing. My wife and I stopped in and ordered nachos for the first time just now and loved them. This subway has fantastic employees who have a smile and provide excellent service. The restaurant is VERY clean.“
