“Suuper cozy, clean and cheerful spot with awesome service! We loved the hot and sour udon noodle soup with braised beef. The sesame chicken was not much meat but great texture and comes with veggies for some good balance. The wuhan dry noodles were not as pictured, our's came with ramen noodles and were more nutty than spicy.“

“My gf and I were looking for a new Chinese restaurant last night and were fortunate to find this place. Our meal was amazing- she got the Pon Pon Chicken dinner and I had the Mongolian beef. It was hot , fresh and way above our expectations. The cream cheese wontons were fantastic- definitely not the frozen ones we’ve had elsewhere. We both highly recommend Mountain City!!“

“we tried Eiko Cafe SLC (1234 S Redwood Rd, Salt Lake City) and were so excited to try authentic Chinese food. they have your typical orange chicken and chow mein available, but we went for the boiled fish filet with pickled cabbage (left) and west lake beef soup (right). the fish dish was spicy, tender, savory and also had a slight numbing effect of the Sichuan peppercorn (yum!). the beef soup was the best thing to have on this snowy and wet day. our waitress introduced herself as Jasmine and was so excited to see us try what her family eats at home. she was very accommodating and so friendly! we will be back tomorrow and hope we can easily decide what things to get next… we want to try the entire menu.“

The noodles here are just plain noodles. I'd suggest going with the fried rice if you're going to pay extra.“

“This spot has some great Chinese food I came with my Fiance, she ordered pon pon chicken with creme cheese won tons and she really liked it. I order Kun Pao Chicken with sweet and sour chicken and it was really good. The service was great the cashier was super chill and let us know when the food would be ready and was fast. “We tried this place for the first time. I took my dad to try some Chinese food he hasn’t had before. It was amazingly delicious! We got pickled fish soup and beef brisket radish soup and we couldn’t decide what we liked more! My dad was apprehensive at first about trying pickled fish soup but we gave it a shot and it has become a new favorite. Our server was so polite and helpful about the menu, too. We will return!“

“30 years of perfection, exactly the same as my childhood memories after 25ish years. Lemon chicken is my favorite, the breading is so crunchy and the lemon glaze is so thick you can spoon it on like jello!
Don't forget to try the Vietnamese egg rolls too!“

“We love this place. The food is always consistent. They are willing to make small changes to our orders and we have never been disappointed. At first glance it is a little hole in the wall but the food makes everything worth it. We have done both dine in and take out. We have even had huge dinners with families and everyone loves it. I would say we eat here about once a month. Try it out you won’t regret it. I love the black bean chicken and hot and sour soup. They always use white meat and the flavors are robust. My husband tries different things each time and enjoys all of them. The prices are great and portions are easily shared.“

“We stopped by here on our way back to St. George with a friend who lives nearby.
I was impressed with how good it was.
We got the family dinner for 2 with chicken lo mein, ham fried rice and orange chicken. It also came with 2 egg rolls. I ordered also egg drop soup. And one drink. I believe it came out to about 43.00, which isn't bad because we had enough to take home and we ate it again at least 3x.
The lady who brought our food to us was very sweet and if she was the one doing the cooking, she did great. It was good food. Definitely recommend, especially because it can be difficult to find a good Chinese place and sometimes they're few and far between, but this ones a keeper.
Atmosphere was relaxed, not many other people in there. This was Saturday afternoon, so I hope more people go here and try it out!“

“Meat cut are great. Yummy drinks. But service is non existent. From getting utensils to getting the ingredients, to cooking, all self serving. Which means lots of work, very few time to sit and relaxing. Perfect for those who want more step counts.

“I like Panda Express for all of the food options, and that you get quite a bit of food for a good price. This location is super close to my work, and always very fast so I come here relatively often.
The past 4 or so times I’ve been, Anais has worked, and she is just such a breath of fresh air !! She’s always so nice and welcoming, and seems to genuinely care about customer interaction. “We received a flyer so we decided to try hunan Express because they have delivery and good prices. On a Saturday at 5:45 they delivered our food within a half hour! We live only a few miles away. Our food was fresh and hot and the fried shrimp was crispy. We got a dinner for two for 28.00 and it was a lot of food. I’m glad we found good Chinese food at a good price and have it delivered as well!“

“Love this place! I travel a lot and had to move away, but I always take my family back here every time I'm in town. Food is delicious, my husband loves it and my kids overeat. Our favorite savory dishes are Sesame Chicken, General Tso's Chicken, Spicy Pepper Beef. Side dishes such as vegetable fried rice, egg drop soup, hot and sour soup, and cream cheese wontons are very basic but they are made well. I really took it for granted when I was living there. Now the next best place is in New York.“

I have been to alot of panda express throughout the valley. This one and the one in Draper are the best. The ones in the nicer areas seem to have better food. Just from my experience.“

“We used to get canton all the time before they move to this location. Now they don't deliver to our area anymore so we haven't gotten it in a long time. But love this place always get takeout and have always got plenty of soy sauce, and food. Maybe the cook was having a bad day when the other person got the nasty food. “Ok. I haven’t been to this place since they moved to their current location many years ago. I went to their old location in the 90’s kiddie corner to “Albertsons” on 9000 south Redwood road. Back in the day this was the go to place for Chinese food in the West Jordan/South Jordan area. This is where I first tried and fell in love with the General Chicken! They used to put broccoli in it back in the day, now it’s just chicken deliciousness. It’s the standard that I judge other Chinese General Chicken by. I do miss their old location and how big their dining room was but post-covid, it’s just easier to grab take out and this trip did not disappoint. Dining is available there, but it is fairly small
I took photos of the takeout container and it’s stuffed full of food. I spoke with the owner and it’s still the same family serving great food. If I live closer, I’d probably visit once a week. Thanks Wok-King for serving great Chinese food all these years!!!“

“Ichiban has been one of my favorite restaurants for quick sushi for many years now. Last week I came to ichiban to have a late birthday celebration with some friends, the staff found out and made it so special. They surprised me with a complimentary sushi roll and dessert! The staff really works super hard and is so kind. I have never had a bad experience here. I will continue to support this establishment.“
