“I live in Colorado and never heard of Alpha Coffee. I visited Salt Lake City, and friend recommended we meet at the downtown location. I ordered an "Aztec" and it was great. Something different, new and tasty for me. I liked the drink, the vibe and the servers ... the whole experience was great! I look forward to my next visit to SLC. I'll stop at Alpha again - to try the Poly! :)“

“I went here for the first time the other day and their coffee and food were delicious. They offer three different roast levels for their beans. I tried their darker roast. It had such a yummy smoky flavor to it. I also got a breakfast burrito with sausage and avacado added. That was satisfying as well. Their prices were reasonable. This is a must try spot!“

“The coffee was incredible, I got a latte and it was perfect. The lady working there was so likeable and even put little designs in my latte and a heart on my cup. The prices were very reasonable, they even have 2 dollar lattes on Wednesdays. I went there with my mom and she says it is the best coffee she has ever had. They have a great brand of oat milk too. we have switched from Beans and Brews to Daily Expresso. Local businesses never cease to impress us!“

Me and my fiancé went over this morning to try them out since we saw the amazing reviews online. Let me just say that they DID NOT disappoint!

I had the Roasted Marshmallow Latte with Oat-milk and whipped cream, it was deliciously sweet and really hit my sweet tooth craving. My fiancé had their Churro Latte with Oat-milk and whipped cream, which I also tried and it was fantastic too! It tasted just like a Churro, but not overly sweet either so just the perfect blend.

Now the food was to DIE for! We had their Ham and Cheese Croissant with Munster Cheese and the Nutella Strawberry and Whipped Cream Croissant (Strawberries were fresh!). Both were just the BEST Croissants we have had in a very long time!!

Also the Barista was so sweet and patient with us as we were ordering our food and drinks. Even gave us great suggestions on what would be best with our flavor palate!

Definitely a must have spot if you live here in Utah or if you are visiting the State. ❤️“

“I love Notom!! Every drink I've had there is well-balanced and delicious, and the customer service is perfect. I can get pretty nervous ordering food and such, especially before I'm caffeinated, and I've never once felt like an idiot when I take a long time to decide or give the wrong card or stumble over my words. The folks there have a real way of putting you at ease.

The food's pretty good too, if a little limited, especially if you're looking for gluten-free options. That said the coffee is definitely the main draw, and Notom nails it every time.

It's drive thru only, so there's only so much that can be done for the store atmosphere, but they've worked well with what they have. Highly recommend!“

“We do not dine out often due to the poor food quality of many restaurants; however, when our friends found this organic, gluten-free diner, I was intrigued. The food was an absolute celebration of life. Delectable delights danced on an ambrosial causeway of artistic creation few eateries achieve. Our table ordered a variety of entrees and drinks. We started with complimentary chips, avocado and verde sauce. Very tasty. For the main course, I choose enchiladas and was curious about the horchata (rice milk soaked in cream with cinnamon), so I had this as well. Normally, I do not order specialty drinks, but their horchata was an exceptional experience as was the hand-squeezed limeade. I highly recommend both. Reading many of the other reviews that criticized the room temperature water, the service, and the ambiance, I must adamantly disagree. The best temperature for water when dining is room temperature. And their water is finely filtered and refreshing. The service may be perceived as slow, but I love being left to chat and laugh with my party. I relish this time. A meal out should be relaxing in a friendly, pleasant atmosphere without feeling rushed—and it was. The dining area is a little noisy, like most restaurants in this country. As an experienced sound engineer, I would recommend some sound absorbers blended into the corners, some appropriate picturesque art absorbers on the walls, and maybe a row of carpet down the main walkway to absorb sound and define the lovely wait staff’s path. The price: well worth it. You will not be disappointed. Spend without regret, and enjoy the articulation of tastes that shall frolic upon thy palate. “MiaoMiao Cafe is such an amazing spot for cat lovers! 🐾 The space is super clean, cozy, and welcoming, and the owners are so kind and clearly care deeply for their cats. The café and cat house are in two connected houses (separate spaces), and you can bring your drink inside when you visit the cats. All of the cats were sweet, playful, and cuddly you can tell they’re well-loved. They even had kittens available when we went! Just a heads up: not everything on the food menu may be available, but honestly, the coffee and drinks are 10/10, and that alone made it worth it for us. We didn’t get to try the food this time, but we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a fun, relaxing, and heartwarming experience!“

“Ok this place is legit. We just got take out but we'll be going back and having brunch there for sure. My friend got the French toast meal. Straightforward regular French toast. No bells or whistles, just really good bread dipped on a really good custard base and pan fried. Scrambled eggs were perfect and the bacon looked amazing. The fact that she was almost euphoric while eating it says it all.
I got the corned beef hash. OMG. Best corned beef hash I've had in a long time. Chunks of homemade corned beef shredded among potatoes, Bell peppers, onions and mushrooms. And over easy eggs that even after a nearly 10 minute drive home still had runny yokes. The only way it could have been better would have been to eat there and indulge in some should beverages with our brunch. 10/10 will be making this a regular brunch location.
Like I said we did take out, but the atmosphere makes us want to go back and never leave.“

“it’s not bad! i love it for the convenience and the amount of flavors they have ? i wish the drinks were made consistently though. i always get my coffee with almond milk and today i got a double torture but it tasted kind of sour and very, very strong but not in a good way. the drink was also super dark which is how i can tell if the drink isn’t going to taste that good lol. however, the employees are usually super sweet and the line moves pretty fast“
