“If you know, you know, and if you don’t, it’s time you do. Ballard’s Iceberg in Draper is hands-down the best burger and shake joint around. This family-run gem has been serving up incredible food for decades, and it’s still as good as ever.

Everything is made fresh and comes out hot off the grill, just the way it should be. The burgers are packed with flavor you won't find anywhere else, the shakes are legendary, and the portion sizes are generous without breaking the bank. It's old-school in the best way, and every bite is awesome!

My family absolutely loves this place. It’s our go-to spot and the first place we take friends and family visiting from out of town. Ballard’s Iceberg is more than just great food, it’s a part of the community, and it deserves to thrive.

“So unfortunately I jumped the gun on reporting a missing menu item from my online order. So did I not receive it, YES but man was I wrong when I thought I was screwed on the order. I had some coworkers that always go to that location and was told to call the manager named Randy. They told me he would take care of it and that he was awesome. So I called the store and let them know what happened and he already knew what was missing and told me to come back to the store when I was able to and he’d take care of me in a meal for the issue. Within 5 minutes of me calling him, he told me to just come to the store. Randy had my food ready in my hands within seconds of my arrival. I felt guilty that I jumped the gun on this issue. “I like Panda Express for all of the food options, and that you get quite a bit of food for a good price. This location is super close to my work, and always very fast so I come here relatively often.
The past 4 or so times I’ve been, Anais has worked, and she is just such a breath of fresh air !! She’s always so nice and welcoming, and seems to genuinely care about customer interaction. “I think this place takes a backseat to most mainstream fast food joints but everyone needs to rethink Artic Circle. Food was smoking and the shake was thick and full of toppings! I admit it's been awhile since I've been to an Artic Circle but I'm going to change my ways. On top of the excellent food and reasonable prices, the staff was exceptionally friendly at this location. It's not the closest Artic Circle to me but I'm definitely coming back....... and you get to re-use the coupons, save 'em for next time!!!“

“I recently used Jimmy John's in Draper for a catering order. IAN took my call and was EXTREMELY helpful and patient. I didn't know exactly what to choose or what to expect, I'd never catered before to such a large group.

Not only was Ian polite and friendly on the phone, he was personable and gracious when I arrived in the store to complete the order in person (yes, I'm that girl...sometimes I need a little help)

I told Ian this was my first time catering for a large group and I really needed things to go well. He listened carefully, suggested I add two veggie options (which was AWESOME because one of the executives was a vegetarian and would typically bring his own food for any lunch and learns - not today sir, not today Ian helped me save the day...SCORE!!)

After already going above and beyond, Ian put a handwritten note in my lunch bag - You got this :). Seriously? How incredibly kind. All I could think about was WOW and how is this guy not famous for being this great!! So, here's the first step.... Five Stars on Google.

I came back a couple days later to pick up the order, it was ready to go and packed for transport. If there's an easy button for group lunches, this is it. Highly recommend.

“I wish I would’ve gotten the girls name who helped us today but she had dark red dyed hair and it was in a ponytail. She was super nice super efficient and I’ve never had better sandwiches made. She deserves a raise for sure she is hustling!!“

“I don't know about the hotdogs but as a traveler, I popped in to get some funnel cake sticks. It is heavenly. Sort of like mini churros but way more crispier on the outside and soft on the inside. And yes with ample powdered sugar as well as your chocolate dip. It is pure bliss. Once you have one, you have to finish the entire thing.And yes, the folks behind the counter were super friendly.

“These are my wife’s favorite pretzels we have ever had there always warm and salted perfectly if you order it ahead of time they have your order ready when you walk in but if you don’t sometimes it gets busy and have to wait a little bit but it’s worth it and you have plenty of parking“

“Been to Pizza Hut many times probably the best pizza. I’ve had there in a long time. I don’t know his name who was working there today but he was very friendly, Very nice. I asked for some extra seasoning on my bread, and he actually brought it over to me to see if it was enough. No one‘s ever done that before so he he’s a very good employee.“
