“Reviews of this location tend to be very polarizing.
As someone who lives nearby, and eats here regularly this franchise is run of the mill fast food.
I would say that for the most part the food I receive is above average in both price, speed, and quality, all things considered.
The people making 1 star reviews complaining about wait times or forgotten items, have never worked a day in food service.
For the people who are making 3 star reviews, you’re genuinely psychotic. No one should eat a burger, then say: “That was mid, I’ll take time out of my day to write a 3 star review”.
Personally I find myself situation with time to kill between work, and happen to have stumbled upon the all so common 3 star page of a fast food restaurant.
The point of this review is to set the record straight, the reason I choose to patronize Wendy’s over the McDonald’s across town and the Arby’s on the other side of the street. Is because the entire experience from ordering on the app, to picking up my greasy Baconator at the window, Then driving home to eat it, Is because it’s better. All around, full stop.
If you order on the app, and show up around 5 minutes after placing your order. You will get your food instantly, if there is someone in line who didn’t order on the app with a large order. Often times they will bump them up a car space so you can pick up your food.
Very good Wendy’s in Ephraim, you did what was reasonably asked of you

“Jadan was there by himself!, 2 drive thru, 7 customers in the lobby plus several online orders! Why would any manager leave 1 employee at dinner time no matter the day of the week even in Ephram, Utah. Jadan deserves a huge raise, he did his job with a smile on his face and a great attitude. As a GM of a fast food chain, I would be mortified to leave my store with lass than 2 staff.“

“usually come in once a day, if not every other day, before work or on my way home. I’ve noticed the new girl, Trinity, is much more polite than the others. If my order is ever wrong at the window, she always makes sure I get the correct one. She’s really nice and soft-spoken, you can tell she takes her job seriously unlike some of the other employees I’ve come across. I hope to see more like her in the future!“

“I’m not one to do reviews but I had the best service I ever had with an employee named Matthew at 9:49am this Thursday 7/24/25 and he made my day happy :-) breakfast is not served but he recommended something very good and I’m blown away by his kindness and smile. give this Matthew a high five and a raise Thank you Arbys!!“
