We’ve been visiting Escalante several times a year for a long time… visits have been better the past few years since Georgie’s has been open. This place is outstanding by big city food truck standards, amazing they’re available in this great small town.
Great Food, staff very nice.
We ordered the nachos grande and grilled tacos. The guys taking our order was super friendly and patient. The nachos grande were the best we have ever had! The grilled tacos were excellent (although I prefer flour tortillas over corn). We thought the prices were a tad high and almost didn't order, but in the end we were glad we did!

Georgie’s Outdoor Mexican Cafe offers a variety of delicious dishes, including nachos grande, grilled tacos, chicken taco salad, pork and beef tacos, and fish tacos. The food is fresh, well-seasoned, and served hot. The friendly staff provides excellent service in a comfortable atmosphere. The restaurant also offers gluten-free options and has a fun design with a terrace area. Prices may be a bit high, but the quality of the food makes it worth it. Perfect stop during a trip through Utah!
