We ordered the nachos grande and grilled tacos. The guys taking our order was super friendly and patient. The nachos grande were the best we have ever had! The grilled tacos were excellent (although I prefer flour tortillas over corn). We thought the prices were a tad high and almost didn't order, but in the end we were glad we did!Dietary restrictions: Offer gluten free options!
One of our favorite food memories of our two week trip through Utah. We had the chicken taco salad, pork and beef tacos and horchata. Everything was served hot, seasoned well and clearly very fresh. Loved the beans and rice that came with the tacos. The “food truck” and terrace area had a super fun design, the family serving us was very kind and the gentleman recommended us to make room on our cameras to record the upcoming section of Byway 12 (towards Torrey). Lovely business!
We’ve been visiting Escalante several times a year for a long time… visits have been better the past few years since Georgie’s has been open. This place is outstanding by big city food truck standards, amazing they’re available in this great small town.
