“They looked under staffed for lunch time. However, they were polite and you could tell that they were moving with a sense of purpose. Even though I had to wait a few extra minutes, it was worth it to see them work like a well oiled machine. You could certainly tell they were doing the very best they could.“

“The employees were nice. They wrapped the sandwiches very well which helped them stay nice for hours until we ate them on our boating trip. They don’t have a lot of topping options like subway but they do have onions, lettuce, tomatoes, and peppers, and condiments. Overall their sandwiches are really good!! I noticed there wasn’t much of a size difference between the mini sandwich and regular so next time I’d just get a mini for the lesser price. Turkey and provolone is very good and the BLT too!!“

“The first time I visited this place I was treated very well and their food was fresh, so I continued visiting it every time I was near the place. Every time I went the employees treated me kindly. If I were to return to Salt Lake City I will not hesitate to visit that place again.“

“My family is gluten free, with one child with celiac. I am so very thankful for how all these folks were trained in cleaning the counters and machines. There are not a lot of gluten free options when dining out, and definitely less when considering fast food. I appreciate the staff here so very much! “Alex and Sam did an amazing job!! Super attentive. Sam was very informative And educated me as the customer. Alex LOADED up the veggies on my veggie sub, which is a big deal when you’re vegetarian and want to be filled on veggies. Both were very patient. I’m a district trainer at another sub shop so I’m always overly analyzing the sub making process at other stores. I don’t expect the best service at night as generally managers are on the morning shifts in restaurants. But tonight I was IMPRESSED.“

“I have eaten in literally hundreds of subways across this country. This is hands down the cleanest, friendliest and fastest location I have ever been to. The young man working this night should simply be paid more, I have no idea what he is making but it should be more. I will now pass other restaurants (including other subways) to eat at this location.“

“This is my new favorite Jimmy John's on the area, mostly because the drive-thru. They're also extremely quick in preparing the sandwiches. Staff seem to be decently kind and the place is super clean. The best one is the Turkey Tom with cheese, cucumbers and onion. Will for sure be back.“

“The amount of ANYTHING you request can vary. I asked for "extra Jimmy peppers," the screenshot I'm including is the actual amount of peppers they put in our sandwich, MINUS the peppers I removed before the screenshot was taken. They also put on too much oil and vinegar, but, usually it's the right amount, and they are really good at this location.“

“I needed a catering order on short notice. So I went to my neighborhood Subway. They woman who took my order was friendly & fast. The breads & veggies were fresh. So I'm sure our youth group will enjoy them while camping. This is my FAVORITE Subway.“

“My wife and me came here tonight with no clue what to get. We only eat at subway once every other year and the staff was amazing by giving us options and letting us have a couple of samples to try. They were amazing and very helpful and patient with us while we decided what we wanted.
We bought the spicy nacho chicken sub on ghost pepper bread with a lot of veggies.

“Cher and her staff are amazing! Just to know how far she will go for her customers. The car wash quit working amid soap on car and she had us pull into the self car wash stall and she washed off our car and her and another employee wiped and dried our car off. They refused to let us get out of the car and do it or help! They are amazing here!!!“
