“If you’re looking for HIGH quality service with higher quality food, Meg is the person to turn to. We hired Meg’s Timberline Cafe to cater our wedding of about 120 people. We love Meg’s food, especially when she did specials at the cafe. At every step of the process Megan went above and beyond. We have a very excited parent who kept requesting changes, and Meg took them all in stride. On the day of the wedding, she absolutely crushed every single detail. She made what could have been simple appetizers into a luxury display. Including carved fruit, and a dynamic set up that included SO many little details. Dinner. Was. Amazing. It’s hard to put into words how perfect everything was. We did mushroom ravioli, blacked salmon, and chicken piccata, with sides and soup to boot! I guess I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it honestly took my breath away how much care was put into all of it. People were raving about the food all night long! Not only did Meg take care of all of the food, she also set up all the tables (and took care of the massive mistake that our linen rental made, so smoothly that I didn’t even know there was an issue until waayyyy after it was solved!). She had people manning two water stations and a coffee station. Her team took care of breaking down all the chairs at the end of the night as well. We cannot thank Megan and her team enough.
