“It is spacious and ADA friendly. It smells so delicious upon entry. Hugh (sp?) the host was very kind and hospitable. And patient (it took a while for us to figure out what we wanted). Foo (sp?) was an awesome chef! He gave us the tricks but also shared dialogue with us. Very humble and personable, and the food….my husband is picky and he agreed that it was exceptional. Perfectly cooked NY Strip steak, shrimp, yakitori, salad, soup, and salmon (we are from Alaska and they did this little piece of salmon justice ❤️). And Sam the other host was also very hospitable and checked on us. They don’t skip a beat when they saw us roll in with our wheelchair. And other employees were checking on us too. Love this place!!

“Itto Sushi is our FAVORITE! Go on Tuesday or Wednesday from 5 to 9 for half price on some of their best rolls. Our favorites are The Lion King, Firebird, and Dandelion (or Romeo & Juliet). We have also enjoyed the Titanic, Grand Canyon, Playboy, snd Hollywood, among others. You can't go wrong! Quality and quantity is top notch with fast, friendly service.“

“We're vegetarian and happy to see a few options to choose from for the sushi rolls 🍣! Our waitress was kind enough to let us know the oil that the tempura is cooked in isn't vegetarian friendly. “First time here. Absolutely amazing! We had a dishes and both were amazing. Every roll is art! Sat at the sushi bar and it’s the best seat in the house. The Sushi chefs Eddie and Yee are there and you can chat with them and there’s always something to look at. they made Sushi roll super fast and the Sushi Rolls so yummy. The restaurant has a real nice and clean vibe too. The restrooms were clean as well. Definitely my favorite sushi spot in SLC. If I were rating our experience on food/atmosphere, this would have been 5/5 stars.“

“Honestly the best sushi in Utah, especially all you can eat! Highly recommend coming when they’re not busy if you can and recognize service will take longer on their busy times. Highly Recommend the Jintastic and mixed tempura, but everything tastes amazing. I love that there’s not too much rice, just the perfect amount. “I’ve come here several times and tonight’s food was terrible, cold sesame chicken, chicken on the fried rice was boiled lacking flavor,I’m afraid the quality has become poor. Like to continue to supporting local businesses but if quality diminishes, it’ll be hard to return. Please revisit your food quality being served.“

“We love ordering from So Grill Korean BBQ and Sushi. The sushi has way more sashimi in it than any other sushi restaurants in the valley which surprises me, and they are delicious! Huge menu to select from with sushi, appetizers and their daily Korean BBQ buffet. Great presentation of food with decent taste.
