“Hands down the best meal prep place on the planet. Linzie is the most helpful lady in the universe and will drop anything to help her clients. The food is awesome, the treats make you feel like you’re cheating and the customer service will blow your mind. 5 days down, 92 more of pure bliss to go. “I try to come to this location and the one in Millcreek every week because of how good the smoothies and juice are and how good they make me feel. If you like those things or even a healthier option from ice cream try this place out. I want them to stay open so I can get my faves when I want.“

“The food is fresh and delicious and hot. Every bit of it is cooked to perfection. Idk how they do it but the vegetables (despite not being seasoned or roasted) are so flavorful and fresh and bright. The sauces and spices are wonderful and the meat is always cooked perfectly no matter which kind I get, as well as the rice. The service is friendly and again, the food is wonderful. I've come in a bit hangry once and they were good to me anyway. They've got it all figured out.“

“Best empanadas in the city. This place is amazing. My wife and I grab a couple empanadas pepeadas every Friday afternoon. The tequeños are really good as well. Orders usually take 10-20 minutes, so don't come here in a rush. It's always worth the wait!“

“Solid nutella acai bowl. They give you a good amount of toppings. I also got the occasional pineapple taste randomly which was unexpected but a nice touch. I wish there was a bit more acai base. I got the 18 Oz and felt like I could have done with a few more spoonfuls of the base to go with how much toppings there are. Overall, fine.“

“Fueled Kitchen is proof that healthy food doesn’t have to taste like punishment. You can actually eat something nutritious without feeling like you’re chewing on a houseplant or counting every calorie like it’s a second job.
The food is fresh, satisfying, and genuinely tasty. It’s a great concept for the area and a nice reminder that taking care of yourself doesn’t require suffering. If you’re into health and nutrition, or just want a meal that won’t make you need a nap afterward, definitely give it a try.“

“I was disappointed at first with my prior experience BUT I am updating & editing my review as the owner/manager of this amazing place has responded quick & professionally with providing a great resolution to my issue.
I do highly recommend Protein Foundry and I would never go anywhere else to try their amazing Rio Açaí Bowls or their protein shakes as other places that I’ve tried were just too sweet or not hitting my taste buds! I have had only great experiences with the 2 locations and a few times w/ the newer one close to downtown in an area of a younger-uptown population. Totally understandable! And thank you so much Joni for reaching out and being so understanding!! ???“

“LOVE the acai bowls here. I've tried a few different places around and this is a top favorite. Good thing they don't have a location down in Lehi or I'd be going here way too often!
I will say, though, beware the chicken sandwich! The dijon is no joke. Not sure if there's horseradish in it or something, but it is STRONG. So if you're like me and have a low tolerance for anything that tastes remotely like horseradish, probably swap it for something else.“

“I went to the fort union zupas, and Nick greeted me with a smile. He was so kind and caring about my order and made sure it was right. This guy needs a raise! Everytime I go in he seems happy to help and now he knows my name. Great customer service quality from Nick at fort union!“

“I just tried my first trial with Fed Up and I’m seriously impressed! The food is fresh, flavorful, and satisfying — which can be hit or miss with healthy options, but they really nailed it. The pickup process was smooth, and the employee helping me was super friendly. The shop itself is clean and well-organized. Overall, a great first experience!“
