POBLANOS Mexican Grill is a great place for authentic Mexican food. The service is amazing and friendly. One customer had a problem with a sauce that contained pork, and after calling the restaurant, they remade the food free of charge. The food is great, fresh, and cooked to order, so it always hits the table piping hot and packed with flavor. The Fajita Nachos and the El Mariachi Burrito are absolute perfection. The horchata and the flan are absolute must-haves. The bean and cheese smothered as requested with enchilada sauce being vegetarian is amazing. The chile verde smothered burritos are the absolute best, and the enchiladas and tacos are also delicious. The special was smothered burritos, and the food was hot and delicious with a very generous serving size. It is well priced. The restaurant is clean and plays Mexican music which sets the ambiance perfectly. It is a cute family-run business that makes you feel right at home. The staff is lovely, friendly, and quick, and the woman working was so sweet. The restaurant is particularly accommodating to take-out orders, but there is plenty of seating inside. It is right in Holladay with beautiful mountain scenery by the window in a busy shopping area. It is a five-star dining experience.
