“My gf and I were looking for a new Chinese restaurant last night and were fortunate to find this place. Our meal was amazing- she got the Pon Pon Chicken dinner and I had the Mongolian beef. It was hot , fresh and way above our expectations. The cream cheese wontons were fantastic- definitely not the frozen ones we’ve had elsewhere. We both highly recommend Mountain City!!“

“AWESOME small business. We stumbled into this alternative to all the typical chain fast food places off the interchange in Murray - Go here instead! WOW. Great food, friendly place, really nice people. This is exactly the kind of local business we should all be supporting in our communities, rather than the generic chain places. Please give it a try. “Phenomenal experience and food for the price. We arrived for lunch around 12pm on a Saturday, were seated promptly and waited roughly 20 minutes for our food to arrive. We opted for the masala chicken dumplings (10pc) on a spice level of 5 out of 6 - and the chicken noodles plate.

The chicken noodles were a more moderate meal as far as spice and complexity went. The nice way of putting it is that it tasted more “basic”. Not necessarily a bad thing depending on your palate! The chicken itself in the meal was fantastic.

The real star of the show was the masala chicken dumplings. Incredibly tender filling sealed in an evenly moist dumpling wrap. The spice was not overbearing at all and warmed the belly. It was exactly what I was hoping for from this location.

I decided to wrap the meal up with a slice of the tiramisu cake. The cake was chilled and more on the firm/dense side of things. This worked really well for how the ladyfingers were layered in the cake to keep their texture. The coffee notes were balanced and brought a great palate cleanse to end the meal. Overall, a fantastic experience.

We will absolutely be back. I can see this being a staple location for my Nepalese / Indian cravings.“

Don’t skip on: The SKS (Soup Kitchen Special)

I will admit that my review is a bit biased purely for the fact that I’ve been coming here since I was a child. This place always brings floods of memories and it’s always exactly as I remember it. Yeah, it’s no Michelin restaurant, but all the food is made with love.

Th menu has a good variety of sandwiches, soups, and salads. Everything is made to order and fresh!

The staff is welcoming and friendly and always a consistently wonderful experience.

Highly recommend for a quick lunch!“

“OMG FABULOUS!!!! Had split pea, garlic sprinkled rolls and have a quart of clam chowder for tonight! The split pea was so filling, and AMAZING smokey flavor! Not too salty it was practically perfect! But the service was what will keep me coming back for more! The sweet woman at the counter greeted me the second I entered the door. “I always love Olive Garden. We arrived at this location for a mid afternoon meal. My spouse got the gluten-free pasta in a marinara sauce with Italian sausage. I ordered the chicken parmesan lunch portion. It normally comes with spaghetti. I substituted Fettuccine Alfredo. Somehow, the kitchen staff misinterpreted the order, and they gave me alfredo sauce with spaghetti noodles, and they put no alfredo sauce on my chicken parmesan instead of marinara sauce. Our server offered to replace the dish but we didn't have a whole lot of time so I told her it would be okay. She did bring me some marinara sauce to pour over the top of my chicken parmesan. Overall it turned out to be an amazing meal. The unintended changes to my dish turned out to be something new for me and I really enjoyed it. And the server was extremely attentive, I wish I could remember her name to share it with all of you.“
