“Fui al de Springville ase unos días y siempre todo está bien y la cajera en la mañana bien buena y siempre con una sonrisa pero ese día fuimos en la tarde después de las 6pm y fue un error. Los que están en la tarde se ven que no les gusta el trabajo y un muchacho creo que se llama Iván en su cellular ignorando mi pregunta. Mi esposo también no le gusta ir en la tarde por que no tratan bien a la gente. Necesitan una clase en cómo comportase con la gente. Nunca más regresamos en la tarde.”

“Chris at Magelby's Fresh catered our Christmas party at The Ruth. The party went off great and our staff and their families had a great time. We had over a hundred people so pulling it all off smoothly for us was appreciated.”

“Service was great. I feel they use a higher quality cheese than others in the area. Employees have always been super kind and so there best.

My only issue is every once in a while the crust profile is pretty big and I'm not a big fan of any pizza crust. But it's common with any company.

I will say I prefer their crust over others. It's not thin but also cakey. Perfect middle ground.”

“Probably the best Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. From the moment you walk in it’s clean and organized. The night manager was so kind and nice. The cooking staff all smiled and were so fast even with a full drive through. I usually have a terrible experience with Wendy’s and walking into this one that’s attached to a gas station I expected the usual and was so pleasantly surprised that it was a great experience. Highly recommend this Wendy’s!”

He was super kind, patient, and made a great sandwich—even though he was the only employee there! I felt bad seeing him put in that kind of situation, having to juggle a growing line of customers all on his own. Still, he stayed calm and handled it like a pro. He deserves major credit for how he managed everything. I hope necessary steps are taken to not put the employees in that kind of stressful situation.”
