“Very poor service, brought food Luke warm but not one single utensil for any of us, sat there waiting for nearly 15 minutes food getting colder, told them after 5 minutes that none of us had anything to eat with, still took them 10 more minutes, then they brought flimsy plastic spoons and forks NO knives, had to ask them for knives, 5 more minutes and they brought 1 knife for a table of 10 people, do much more negative happened don’t even want to take the time to say everything… used to be a family favorite… No e of us will EVER go back… So Sad, Orem store is absolutely horrible…”

“I’m a regular here. I stop by at least once a month. They are usually quick and accurate. The dining area is usually clean. Most of the time the food is prepared well, but sometimes there’s an obvious lack of care (broken taco shells, messy, stale chalupa shells). But overall it’s about what you’d expect for fast food. The prices do feel quite high for the quality, but the speed and convenience is great.”

“I’ve been coming for years. My answer to “What’s your favorite icecream flavor” has consistently been a flavor from this place that I haven’t been able to find replicated with with such perfection anywhere else”

“I was craving some good chicken tenders and coleslaw. I remembered seeing this place and wanted to try it out. 10/10 in my opinion. The chicken tenders are so tasty and the sauces are all great. We tried bbq sauce, honey mustard and ranch. We also had the fries which were amazing! We will definitely be back to try other things on the menu and to try some of the custard. The price for 7 tenders, regular fry, coleslaw and 2 extra sauces came out to a little over 20 bucks.”

“Saw this on doordash and decided to give it a try. So glad I did. It was delicious. We got an assorted dozen plus 3 dessert bites (I wanted to try as many different options as possible). I was afraid the cheese ones might be too plain, but they weren't, they were absolutely perfect. Some of the meat ones reminded me of empanadas. The flavors were amazing, I can't wait to eat there again!”

“We used to hate PF Changs because the service was so bad, but our waiter, Mauro, was hands down the best server we've ever had anywhere. He went above and beyond for our table. He kept us laughing, kept the drinks coming before we ever had to ask, and was so communicative and kind. He is a gem! We wish we could take him with us to every restaurant we're going to, but we'll just have to come back when he's working!”
