“Sometimes customer service is last on list for alot of restaurants but this subway makes it first.. they are always ready to prepare the meal you crave.. never had to wait for an artist to come out and create the sandwich.. they have the best team in all utah county maybe utah.. even busy service is prompt and always asks not skip to make it easier for them.. give it a try, even if its inside a walmart lol“

“Best subs you can get out of a chain experience! The grilled stuff is good, but the cold cuts are where they really shine. They also take gluten free seriously and educate their employees about wiping down equipment, changing gloves, etc. The quality of the sandwich construction can vary, but I’m always happy with one of their subs for dinner. My main complaint is that when ordering for pickup I always have to check if they gave me the right drink—I’ve been given a regular Mountain Dew instead of the Diet Dew I ordered a handful of times.“

“Yumm! Typically these guys are fantastic, today was not a good day. Long wait at lunch is expected but I ordered a 44 reg and I watched them finish 21 sandwiches before they did mine. I had to ask twice.

I do love this place but that was hard to watch.“

“I hadn't been here before I met my partner, but I'm so glad she introduced me to it. The meats taste great, the veggies are all nice and fresh, and they have a couple condiments most others don't have (like horseradish). Absolutely a Provo staple. Try the pastrami, it's amazing!“

“I am from AZ and loved going to Ikes in AZ. I was excited to learn they are in Utah now. I ordered online and they had it all ready on time. I made a lot of changes to my sandwich and they made it exactly as I asked. The sandwiches were SO good and I love how they give you a free caramel apple lollipop with your sandwich. The workers are amazing at their job.“

“I came to your establishment for the first time ever today. My three year old and I came to the drive thru. The young man who took our order was so Kind, helpful, and happy. We found the young man that took our money in the same attitude. As we drove away my three year old said, "mom, those are some of the nicest boys ever, aren't they? Parking: The parking is a little small but is really close to the door to the point where u don’t have to walk to an extreme amount to get to the store or park far away“

“Alejandro was very nice and professional! I went here and there was a bit of a wait which was fine, as I got to the drive up counter it seemed my order possibly got lost while I was waiting. Alejandro apologized for the inconvenience and offered me a solution and offered to even fix my sandwich for me himself. I felt as if he really did care. I notice this location is understaffed or under scheduled often so hopefully they can staff it up with more great employees like Alejandro since it’s a great location!“

“Quick service and always tasty, and r employees willing to accomidate requests like slicing the sandwich into more pieces than regular. There are also usually nice quoteable quotes on the walls, and some of the bathrooms have funny quips as well.“

“Typically, my husband and I have a good experience at firehouse. Today, we placed an order online 40 minutes before scheduled pickup. It was lunch time and busy, but welcome to the world of restaurants? When I walked in and saw that my order wasn’t on the rack for pickup orders, so I politely asked where my order was or for an update, I was was told: “It’ll get there when it gets there.” “Well, sorry I’m working.” And “excuse me?? What did you say?” I literally had to tell the girl “I wasn’t rude to you so please don’t be rude to me.” Kind of ridiculous to walk in and be met with crap attitude and slow service. An order placed 40 minutes prior to pickup schedule shouldn’t take 55 minutes to make. It also shouldn’t be wrong and missing items. So 5⭐️ for firehouse in general. 2 ⭐️ (at best) for service given today.“

“Firehouse Subs is hands down one of my favorite sandwich places! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and made with high quality ingredients. The meat and cheese are piled on generously, the bread is soft and delicious, and every sandwich I’ve had has been amazing. The staff is friendly, the restaurant is clean, and the service is always quick and welcoming. I also love that they support first responders, which makes eating there feel even better. “It's clean it's fresh it's healthy. However it's hell with all the building of the new Provo Housing Development it makes it real congested right there! The noise vegetarian from wanting to sit outside and eat because they keep building and building !“

“I came in when it was a little busier and had a bigger order but the atmosphere was great. The employees stayed super friendly even though I know it can be stressful. There were two girls working on line together one in a black shirt a bit shorter the other in a grey shirt taller, both dark hair both wearing visors. But I forgot to say something to the order taker and came back over and asked if they could add something and they both smiled and said of course and quickly did what I asked for. I will definitely be coming back to this Jimmy John’s!!
