“Came to dinner here by request of our daughter after her dance recital. This is one of her favorite restaurants. The customer service, the food amazing! CJ the general manager here was amazing. I had some issues with my order on the app and he was able to assist and help with my order. The level of customer service, attentiveness and ensuring our food was prepared to perfection was great. CJ was very knowledgeable about what goes in each sandwich, honestly the product knowledge was impressive. Love this location and will definitely be back soon!“

The woman working behind the counter had three sandwiches she was making for a door dash order, but she asked me how many sandwiches I was ordering, I said 2, and she said she could let me jump ahead and made my sandwiches quickly and exactly what I wanted. “I ordered here often, once every week or two. I had recently ordered 2 footlongs and when I picked them up and got home, I was missing half the ingredients I ordered. This location is always accurate and timely, so I was surprised and disappointed. But- afterwards I reached out and spoke with Veronica, the manager, who I hadn't met yet before. Very quickly, she took care of making it right and I really really appreciated her and her desires to see happy customers, even though she never made the initial mistake.

I try to be understanding when a mistake is made, but when a manager of company goes out of their way to make it right... that earns lifelong loyalty. I plan to keep bringing my business here where Veronica does such a great job making me feel valued and treated fairly. I ordered a turkey and bacon and spicy Italian footling with the 12.99 for 2 footling coupon. Today frequented and our visit was outstanding. Christian is an amazing manager, the store was immaculate. He always greets you with a smile! His staff is a perfect reflection of his managerial skills. Kudos to Christian!
