“During our recent trip to Salt Lake City, we unexpectedly stumbled upon a delightful new coffee shop during a coffee break. I was genuinely surprised by their extensive menu, which offered options far superior to those typically found at Starbucks or Peet's Coffee. Both their hot and cold beverages were incredibly delicious and satisfying. I sincerely hope this fantastic establishment considers opening a location in the Bay Area in the near future.“

“I like the firefighter and the Brazil whole beans. The Layton store is closest to me. I have to make a special trip for the FF blend at the Ogden location. I call before going so I can make sure it’s in stock. I called several times today but kept getting V/M. I drove up hoping they had it but, unfortunately they were out. This is the second time this has happened. On another run I actually got someone on the phone and they said it was available. When I got there they were out. That makes 3 special trips coming up dry. Yes I know you do shipping, but I don’t really wanna pay the cost and have to wait a week for it to get to me.

Would you please consider carrying the firefighter blend at the Layton location? It seems to be very popular so I’m sure you wouldn’t have any trouble selling it out of that location.“

“They are always on point. I had an energy plam beach drink was excellent choice. The nursing facility staff gets drinks for the staff. The service is always fast and the employees are punctual and polite on big orders.“

“Normally the employees at scooters are wonderful but the two girls working there today August 18th at 430 were absolutely the most unfriendly people I’ve ever encountered there! I ordered ahead and and had to wait because they had not even started to make my drink. There was no one else there and you would think they would have time to make one drink in 5 minutes! Those two girls couldn’t smile if they had to!“

“Was not our plan to get Boba drinks but the sign looked good and the place looked cozy so we went in! They helped us newbies out a ton and make sure we were all happy with our drinks! We got 3 different types of drinks and all were so good! Definitely worth the hype as well a nice refreshment walking around! Thanks guys! Can’t wait to be a regular!“

“This is a great place in all. Staff are usually friendly. I’ve only tried one of the burritos and it was not that good. Drinks there are pretty good. I just wish they would ask for your name so when your order is ready, they would announce it because they’ll just say the name of the drinks but someone else could’ve ordered the same drink as well it can get a bit confusing.“

They always get my order right, when I do a pick up order they usually always bring it out to me while I'm in the drive thru. It's a good place to go get some work done or read a book or get together with friends, whatever works but it's relaxing and the atmosphere is great.

“I've been going to this location actively for a little over 2 years. I honestly believe this is one of the best locations Dutch bros has to offer. The team they have whether it's day or night are always super awesome! Yes there are days when their lines are super long but that is to be expected on their sticker or any trinket/charm drop days! They have a system for the 2 separate lines and they do a great job keeping track making sure to communicate with eachother to get the lines moving.“

We both had one of their current seasonal drinks and really enjoyed them. There is limited seating, but wasn't a problem this morning.“

“Starbucks is usually it consistent. It's starbucks was like every other starbucks, and I got that drink and I was looking for you feel me.

When I go to starbucks, I get iced soy latte in the spring and summer. In the fall and winter, I get a hot soy latte.

“We tried to order on the touch screen but it was being stubborn with a specific combo. The staff member took our order and he was very nice.

Coffee was great, food was great. Kiddo loved her donut and drink. Which they were open just an hour longer but I get it as to where it’s location at.

I do miss the one off base that was close to Starbucks but I feel this one get more business now.

We go to many different beans and brews and have never been taxed an extra 2 bucks for that. The person openly admitted that the manager has told them to do this. “My favorite Starbucks is located on Hill AFB, Utah. The ladies and gentlemen working at this location are always friendly, courteous and provide exceptional customer service along with the best Starbucks drinks. It's important to acknowledge the ladies I encounter: Miss Sharon, Miss CeeCee and Miss Jenny. I'm not sure why this location only has 3.9 Star Reviews? Possible it's due the Hill AFB Starbucks not having the same hours as the Layton, Utah Starbucks on Hillfield Road, located no more than one mile from the base's South Gate. It is always a treat for me to see the ladies at this location, they work hard to make drinks perfect. I appreciate them and would like to let the Starbucks CEO and administrative personnel know these ladies are an asset to your team. Please recognize them along with the entire Starbucks Team even if this location is managed by AAFES. I will place this review on AAFES website as well. Go Team Starbucks on Hill AFB, Utah!“

“Me and husband stopped for lunch around 1 or 2 pm. Greeted immediately and seated promptly. There's always a nice friendly atmosphere which makes it easy to relax. After a stressful day we were delighted to have a beautiful lady named Martha be our waitress. She was so personable and attentive! She says she's worked there for around 10 years! That's got a lot to say about a business these days.
We ordered 1/2 burgers and fries and we just couldn't stop eating it was so good.
Even if the food was not good I would have left 5 stars just for the service ! Give her a raise!“

“I have visited this location on multiple occasions and am generally satisfied. In my last couple of visits, there have been issues with drinks being incorrect; don’t write a review on a “one off experience” so this was worth mentioning.
However, today’s visit was EXCEPTIONAL! We had asked for the barista to just double check a request, as there had been a few mistakes recently. Brecklyn unexpectedly refunded our current order, apologized for previous mistakes, not likely done by them, and also gave reassurance that the beverage today would Be correct and to go further and offer “your next one’s on us” ! Coming from customer service, this was so refreshing!!! Thanks Brecklyn! Starbucks is lucky to have you!!!“

“If you don’t like a lot of dairy or aren’t in the mood for coffee, get the Mixed Berry Iced Matcha with extra strawberry. It’s so refreshing and the caffeine in matcha doesn’t make you as jittery as coffee. I’d only tried matcha once before and I wasn’t obsessed but this was so good with the extra flavor and having it iced.“
