“Such a great experience to eat here!!!!“

“Zaxby's is my goto fast food chicken place, bang for buck. The chicken is affordable, hot, & flavorful, sauces are good. The fries' seasoning is great but they could be crispier.

The cozy vibe & warm lighting inside is nice visually, but it tends to be somewhat chilly and the perpetual haunting screeching gets old so I usually takeout.“

“The young man who took our order was absolutely great. From his polite demeanor to ensuring our order was correct. Our food was good as usual however the chicken was a little dry which was entirely unusual but most likely a one-off, and the young man who took such pride in his job cleaning up the lobby and eating area shows there is truly pride in this restaurant and they do hire for character.“

“I really like this place for chicken Sandwich. They have varying degrees of spice, I chose medium. It was absolutely delicious I've been back twice since my first initial visit. I must say I like the Midvale / Murray location better than sugarhouse. Sugarhouse is such a pain to get to right now.

“Had never heard of this place before but I’m so happy I found it- the best spicy fried chicken! Crispy, juicy and delicious! The spice is balanced and flavorful. I have tried the medium, spicy and lift off and all have been excellent! While the liftoff definitely had my eyes watering- it was still a very good ‘warmth’. Both visits I have got the sandwich+ tender combo.
Also- the crispness of the crinkle cut fries with their house sauce is amazing!
10/10 would recommend!

“I've been a fan of Chef Viet Pham through watching his appearances on the Food Network and was very excited to go to Pretty Bird while on vacation in Salt Lake City. The food didn't disappoint! The chicken sandwich was amazing and spicy and fresh. I'll go there every time I'm in SLC and I hope that someday Pretty Bird comes to New York!“

“My favorite chicken place by far. I always order the chicken and waffles with buffalo sauce- it's the perfect blend of sweet and spicy. The house fries and fry sauce are chefs kiss. Make sure to request ranch- it's delicious with the fries and the chicken. The music and atmosphere is a vibe. PS you can get amazing deals if you have the rewards app. You get a different reward monthly and you get points for every dollar spent. Today i got the chicken and waffle combo for 10 dollars with my reward. Can't beat that.“

“First time! Went w my girls on our lunch and i think the manager took our orders; he was so nice and awesome, told me about the spiciness levels in detail and was so awesome! Food was soooo good and fresh, wish I took a better picture, the fries were surprisingly still crispy when I ate it a few hours later
I thought the spicy level was going to be spicy from how it was described and I normally can’t handle spicy but the spicy for me tasted medium, next time imma ask for the next level up of spicy

“Terrible drive through. It goes all around a hotel parking lot. It is hard to get to as well. You can only turn in if you are going east on the road. No turn in going the other way. Love the employees and food though. I don’t go to this particular one because of the location.“

“Omg, I have never met such respectful and courteous teenagers working cash register ever in my life. And then a lady walking around handing out mints? Wow... I must be in a parallel universe where world wars and never happen and people are always smiling.“

“I airways use the app because it's easy and super friendly. Today I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with a gluten free bun. I got all the way home and found that I had the Grilled chicken but no bun! I was super frustrated and called the store. It is really hard to stay upset with them when they instantly will do anything to make it right. Their first option was not just an apology and an oh well. It was an apology and an offer to hand deliver a new sandwich with the gluten free bun. 10 minutes later I have a fresh warm sandwich with the gluten free bun that I wanted. And they brought my kids brownies as well! It was all delivered with huge apologies by one of the managers in their own car. They always go above and beyond at this store to fix the mistakes that they rarely make. Everyone is human. It's how you handle the mistakes that leave a lasting impression.“

Parking: In both locations there are other big stores as well, so you can find parking, it just might not always be close. The Drive-Thru moves very quickly also!

Kid-friendliness: My 3 year old (twin)grandchildren love going in!! They always get a treat or surprise ?

Wheelchair accessibility: I was in a wheelchair for 6 months about 4 years ago and I had no problems at all.“

“I am over the moon! I’m so glad the restaurant reopened and the new owner. Amir is so nice. The food is even better! The potatoes, the rice, the beef kebabs, the salad, the dressing the grilled tomatoes are all top-tier and clearly made with love. I will definitely be back… I wish they were open now, just writing this review made me hungry again.“

The store was super clean and had PLENTY of seating. A few relics around the store to show off the history.

The food is fast food… it was okay. Plenty of affordable options.

“I love it here I don’t have one in Arizona so everytime I make delivers in salt lake I drive my semi over here love the good atmosphere’s the food is always top notch people are always super friendly :) my order comes out hot fresh and quick every time the choices of the sauce makes it even better the wing and things is the best sampler style plate they have but the smothered fries is so good. This Zaxbys was my first and will be my always go to the rest I’ve gone to don’t operate as proficient as this one. Yall keep up the excellent customer service and hot fresh

“I was very pleasantly surprised that This place was very clean and the staff was friendly. I believe she was one of the managers, I came on a Sunday for lunch, she spoke both Spanish and English and she helped everyone with a smile. The restaurant was very clean and when I went into the restroom I was very shocked to find a fast food restaurant with very clean restrooms. Food was the usual, nothing wow but nothing bad either. I would definitely come back.“

“Had to get me some yummy KFC. I stopped in; normally I just hit the drive-through, but I'd been in my work van all week. So I went into the lobby, which was kinda busy. I'm getting a little impatient, thinking, okay, I'm just gonna go elsewhere. Then I got a very nice young lady who asked me how I'm doing. I was about to be annoyed and say something about the wait time before I could say a word; I had this sense of peace come over me. Destinee was the employee who approached me. With her smile and simple kindness, she just made my day. I got my food - yummy! As I was leaving after eating my lunch, Destinee sent me off with again a simple farewell, smile, and kindness. I wish I'd had more time to chat. As I was eating, I had noticed she was helping others the same way. You guys are lucky to have someone like that working for you; she was genuine. You know, it seems like the simple hello and smile have left our day-to-day. I had a few stops before the end of the day and gave a quick howdy and a smile at my bank and next couple of interactions. Thank you, Destinee, for the reminder on how to keep it simple.“
