“When we first moved to the area 3 years ago, we had a couple of bad experiences at this location that led me to leave a middling review.

Maybe those were the exception or maybe things have changed since then.
Either way, we really like this location now.

We come to this location at least once a week.

The staff is very friendly, orders are accurate, and the building is clean.

I've been to other locations that are not well cleaned and have cold service, so their efforts here really stand out.“

I'll leave my original snarky review for entertainment purposes:
Terrible logistics. I get that the new sandwiches are popular, but to not plan for this and rightly address the demand is unprofessional. To top it off, I went and waited outside for the restaurant to open, just for the employees to tell me they still didn't have the sandwiches at 10am. Beyond that, what looked like the manager or manager on duty, walked past me with a bank bag in hand and couldn't be bother to ask or inform a hungry customer waiting as the doors opened. Popeye's finally beat Chick Fil A. You can't get a Chick Fil A sandwich on Sunday. You can't get a Popeye's sandwich any day of the week“

“I really like this place for chicken Sandwich. They have varying degrees of spice, I chose medium. It was absolutely delicious I've been back twice since my first initial visit. I must say I like the Midvale / Murray location better than sugarhouse. Sugarhouse is such a pain to get to right now.

Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly“

“The food was great and the waiters were very nice. The only criticism I would make is that they could offer combos with fries and drinks.

Parking: It is very difficult to park on site as there are many parking spaces around and it fills up quite quickly.“

“Had never heard of this place before but I’m so happy I found it- the best spicy fried chicken! Crispy, juicy and delicious! The spice is balanced and flavorful. I have tried the medium, spicy and lift off and all have been excellent! While the liftoff definitely had my eyes watering- it was still a very good ‘warmth’. Both visits I have got the sandwich+ tender combo.
Also- the crispness of the crinkle cut fries with their house sauce is amazing!
10/10 would recommend!

“I've been a fan of Chef Viet Pham through watching his appearances on the Food Network and was very excited to go to Pretty Bird while on vacation in Salt Lake City. The food didn't disappoint! The chicken sandwich was amazing and spicy and fresh. I'll go there every time I'm in SLC and I hope that someday Pretty Bird comes to New York!“
