“Zaxby's is my goto fast food chicken place, bang for buck. The chicken is affordable, hot, & flavorful, sauces are good. The fries' seasoning is great but they could be crispier.

The cozy vibe & warm lighting inside is nice visually, but it tends to be somewhat chilly and the perpetual haunting screeching gets old so I usually takeout.“

“The young man who took our order was absolutely great. From his polite demeanor to ensuring our order was correct. Our food was good as usual however the chicken was a little dry which was entirely unusual but most likely a one-off, and the young man who took such pride in his job cleaning up the lobby and eating area shows there is truly pride in this restaurant and they do hire for character.“

“Jared and Jess at Dave’s Hot Chicken are seriously the best! They’re super nice, really cool, and made my whole experience so much fun. You can tell they actually care about the people who come in and want everyone to have a good time. The food was amazing, but honestly, their energy made it even better. “Very good chicken. It was tender and juicy and very spicy haha. The fries seasoned a cajun style is pretty good and well seasoned. Only complaint I have is how uneven putting the spices on the chicken. you have some bare naked and some extremely coated. So each nugget is inconsistent. 18$ for 15 nuggets and fries + drink is pretty decent but could be worse. Less fries than what im used to for fast food but lots of chicken is great!

Place was little dirty and it was not busy but bathroom was pretty spotless. Ill probably get a medium next time since i found spicy to be too intense for my silly taste buds.“

“I did not like fried chicken. It almost always felt greasy and normally doesn’t taste as good as it sounds in the moment. Houston’s hot chicken has NEVER disappointed. Damion has helped both me and my friends on more than one occasion along with an employee named Jaxson. The customer service is peak as everyone is so welcoming. Theirs is the best dry rub I’ve had as the chicken has never been dry, their house sauce is delicious, and their fries are the right level of crisp. HHC has quickly become my go to place for chicken. If anyone is looking for a great chicken place Houston’s Hot Chicken is where you need to go.“

“I've been a fan of Chef Viet Pham through watching his appearances on the Food Network and was very excited to go to Pretty Bird while on vacation in Salt Lake City. The food didn't disappoint! “Terrible drive through. It goes all around a hotel parking lot. It is hard to get to as well. You can only turn in if you are going east on the road. No turn in going the other way. Love the employees and food though. I don’t go to this particular one because of the location.“

“Omg, I have never met such respectful and courteous teenagers working cash register ever in my life. And then a lady walking around handing out mints? Wow... I must be in a parallel universe where world wars and never happen and people are always smiling.“

“I airways use the app because it's easy and super friendly. Today I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with a gluten free bun. I got all the way home and found that I had the Grilled chicken but no bun! I was super frustrated and called the store. It is really hard to stay upset with them when they instantly will do anything to make it right. Their first option was not just an apology and an oh well. It was an apology and an offer to hand deliver a new sandwich with the gluten free bun. 10 minutes later I have a fresh warm sandwich with the gluten free bun that I wanted. And they brought my kids brownies as well! It was all delivered with huge apologies by one of the managers in their own car. They always go above and beyond at this store to fix the mistakes that they rarely make. Everyone is human. It's how you handle the mistakes that leave a lasting impression.“

Parking: In both locations there are other big stores as well, so you can find parking, it just might not always be close. The Drive-Thru moves very quickly also!

Kid-friendliness: My 3 year old (twin)grandchildren love going in!! They always get a treat or surprise ?

Wheelchair accessibility: I was in a wheelchair for 6 months about 4 years ago and I had no problems at all.“

The store was super clean and had PLENTY of seating. A few relics around the store to show off the history.

The food is fast food… it was okay. Plenty of affordable options.

“I love it here I don’t have one in Arizona so everytime I make delivers in salt lake I drive my semi over here love the good atmosphere’s the food is always top notch people are always super friendly :) my order comes out hot fresh and quick every time the choices of the sauce makes it even better the wing and things is the best sampler style plate they have but the smothered fries is so good. This Zaxbys was my first and will be my always go to the rest I’ve gone to don’t operate as proficient as this one. Yall keep up the excellent customer service and hot fresh

“I was very pleasantly surprised that This place was very clean and the staff was friendly. I believe she was one of the managers, I came on a Sunday for lunch, she spoke both Spanish and English and she helped everyone with a smile. The restaurant was very clean and when I went into the restroom I was very shocked to find a fast food restaurant with very clean restrooms. Food was the usual, nothing wow but nothing bad either.
